Giving this theater one star, because there isn't an option to give it anything lower. We brought 60 kids kids to the movie as a reward for finishing their school work early for the school year. The manager was extremely rude to the younger kids and a 13 year old boy even saw him motioning shooting a gun to his head. So unacceptable, especially for a manager around a bunch of kids!! We spilled a little popcorn, as kids do, and the manager said this is it is the parents fault for raising their kids like that, and the kids wouldn't be welcomed back. We gave the theater a lot of business on what would've been a slow day, we offered to help sweep up the popcorn, and we even preordered all of the popcorn to allow time for them to prepare. read more

I've came here before and decided not to buy food because everything is over priced. Movie theaters are already over priced but this takes the cake. The chicken wings are smaller a chicken nugget at McDonald's and they charge you like 15$. So I decided never to buy food here. Just the movie ticket. But today takes the cake. I was having a cigarette outside before my two hour movie and it was prep open by a cone. A worker walks over moves it and locks me out as I'm saying wait wait I'm done. Taking out my tickets and knocking at the door to show her. If it was a problem I woulda just came in and apologized and not do again because I didn't know. locking me out and ignoring me so I have to walk all the way around being late to my movie. It was unnecessary. She saw me but didn't help me. Unprofessional. No conversation had. No discussion just ignored. Almost like she got a kick outta locking me out. Will not be back. Coulda been handled so much better. When walking back in I told my friend it was "hella rude" then she proceeded to come out of some room and gives sass. What the heck kinda place is this? So, Cinemark Spring-Klein is not my favorite Cinemark theater. I was out shopping in the Woodlands and decided to watch my weekly flick at Cinemark Spring-Klein as the timing of the movie worked with my drive home. The theater is clean and very presentable. I am a movie club member, and frequently take advantage of buying my tickets and concessions online to save time. I say this to say that the setup at Spring-Klein didn't really allow for that. The popcorn was poured into the bucket and waiting for me, but the layout of the concessions area created a choke point. There was only one person at the checkout and everyone had to go through the one employee to pay for their items. Even though I selected and paid for my popcorn online, I had to show my receipt before passing. It really makes pre-ordering less desirable. The one girl checking everyone through also had her cell phone in her hand; I get multitasking, but it just seems unprofessional. Aside from that, the folks that prepared my popcorn were nice and helpful. The theaters were very clean. They do not have the new reclining or heated seats, but it didn't disrupt the movie experience at all. Overall, I would go there again, but would account for the extra time needed in concessions. read more

Nothing but mask police. Kids already there before I even walk in and no masks. But yet 3 people telling us to put masks on. No concern with the other non maskers. Drink station is self service and completely filthy, sticky and wet. Makes no sense if they're trying to follow *protocols*. The seats aren't worth a flip compared to other theaters. Decided to go there to see Impractical Jokers: The Movie because when the tickets were purchased, the normal theater that I go to wasn't showing the movie. The concession area is a little odd to say the least. It seems like a buffet type where after you purchase your tickets, you go get what you want. Popcorn, Takis, Soda etc and then pay. A lot different that waiting in line and ordering what you want at the concession area. I wanted to get a combo of a large popcorn and a 2 large drinks but they had the large cups were the furthest away, the one ones that were the closest were the most expensive ($14.99 per cup). The theater was nice and clean but for being a larger person, the arm rest, even raised, were pushing into the back on my arms so I had to keep adjusting. Definitely one of the most uncomfortable experiences that I have had. Probably won't be going there since I like my regular theater. read more

I honestly hate coming here now. It just seems like it's on its way to being ran down. Each visit here the concession area is filthy, stuff is all over the floor as though they only clean up twice a day with as many movies as they have running. The staff are nice, but I'm not sure where the miss in communication is. Plus I really don't care for the wait. There's ONE line that everyone stands in DESPITE the movie you're going to see- can't quite figure out the purpose of that. Aside from that, somehow they missed the memo on the recliner chairs- so don't get excited about that. Plus, there's waaay too many of "one kind" that come here with an entourage of 10+ PEOPLE PER FAMILY and loud kids. PLEASE PEOPLE, leave your misbehaving kids at home; the movies aren't for everyone- wait until it comes out on dvd. Oh, and so you want an alcoholic beverage? Sure, just wait until I get the manager. We frequent the cypress xd location but came here on a whim today Disappointing. They don't allow you to butter and salt your own popcorn!! The other theater has a station just for that. This is why theaters are going out of business....there's no 20 minute line for candy and popcorn, domestic beer is reasonably priced, and I can sit on my couch an hour before airing the movie. Not to mention I can rent an HD copy for my 70" flat screen for $5.99 What a poor experience. Wife and I both off the Friday before Christmas. We decided to go on a day date to see the new Grinch movie as we are both Christmas movie fanatics. Why do we have to wait in a 15 minute line to buy popcorn/candy/snacks? What in the actual fuck Cinemark? I don't care if you if you are poorly managed and/or understaffed today, there's no reason for a single register queue to purchase theater refreshments in the first place. What if I wanted a refill mid movie? Miss 30 minutes of the movie? Then being told we are too early (20 minutes) to enter the theater? So we have nowhere to go at this point so we sit at the bar.....no surprise: no one working at the bar and domestic beers are $5.75 a piece? Yeah, this will be our last movie at this location. Let's tackle the easy stuff first. When you walk in the setup is very streamlined. Compared to an AMC theater, you purchase your tickets and then you go into ONE area where you purchase concessions. That may feel slower but it makes so much more sense then have people all over the place in fifteen different lines that aren't being served. This was my second visit to this particular theater. They are very well maintained theater. The staff seems rushed but friendly for the most part. On Dec 2 we joined their movie club. However our points still haven't posted and I've complained to the manager who says there isn't anything he can do. Well this is my second visit and its happened AGAIN. My points aren't applied. Now, that I live in humble I don't go as often, but it's still my go to movie theater. The last time I've been was to see The Nun. Which was pretty recently. WORST THEATER EVER! Someone hit my windshield a few months ago and just now my family and I walked out the theater to find the car next to us broken into along with three other cars around us. Luckily ours wasn't targeted but this place is so unsafe even though it's not in a bad part of town. Decent movie theater. Staff is I guess what I expect from teens that don't really care too much about the job and more about socializing with their own coworkers, laughing and being a little careless. They were at least nice to us and gave us what we asked for. Only thing is I bought two cheese pizzas for my kids and when they opened them in the theater, they complained about them not being sliced. I went back and asked the guy to slice them and he did pretty quickly with a good attitude. There was signs everywhere that there were no free refills on anything which is annoying since the popcorn and soda is already very expensive. The food was pretty good for movies food. I wish they had a few more choices like healthy stuff but it's the movies so whatever. My wife her own healthier snacks in her purse. Restrooms were clean. This new 12 theater Cinemark opened less than a mile from my house and I just had to check it out! I was able to grab tickets online and head to the theater without too much trouble. A well lit and patrolled parking lot had me feeling more than safe to leave my vehicle in. The staff while new seemed to be trying to provide a positive experience and after a little work were able to verify my pre-purchase and it was on to the theater. This place is clean, but it just opened so it hasn't had the opportunity to gather years of popcorn and soda spills. The seats were fairly standard and comfortable. The screens are wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling and many are 3D capable I was told and they're big and bright! No complications from the movie and I was out without a fuss. All in all a pretty good experience. I'll definitely be back! read more

I absolutely LOVE this movie theater. It's one of the few places I know that you can see a movie on opening weekend and not have to wait in a horrendously long line or have the theater itself be packed. The seats are very comfortable, they rock back, and the arm rest can be lifted. The staff is friendly and I like the self serve aspect of the concession area. Parking is ample and you can buy tickets outside from a kiosk or inside. So much less crowded than heading to the Woodlands! read more

Great, NEW, movie theater!! Opened around September, so all new interior, too. It was windy today, so I was pleasantly surprised that the ticket desk was inside the main lobby area (quite windy to wait in the short line outside). The gentleman that took care of our ticket purchase was great. We were sarcastically joking around because I couldn't remember the name of our intended movie off the top of my head - funny guy!! The popcorn is ordered at the counter and retrieved by a concession worker. I wanted some Milk Duds and was politely pointed to a delve serve candy bar area. Then we got in the "check out" line. Walk about 10 feet ahead from there and we handed our ticket to be torn, and headed to our theater. We were in a medium sized theater. The seats are leather (good sized, too). They reclined back at a nice angled or my neck. Once the movie started, the sound was good, and a clear picture. This is a great theater because it is so close, and well maintained :) read more

I really enjoy movie date nights with hubby at this location. XD is a little pricey, but a good choice for a full experience. I can't comment on the food, I think concession food is way over priced and not worth the expense. We usually go to a nice restaurant before or after our movie instead. There are lots of great restaurant on 2920, Kuykendahl, Louetta..... All in all, it's a great movie theater, well managed and well kept. It's a nice change of pace from the AMC on off Cypreswood Dr. and more convenient than the theatres in The Woodlands. read more

I would give this 5 stars, but took 2 stars away for the following reason: this place is tiny so you are in cramped seating, they don't have a setup for free refills on drinks like their competitors, but they still charge the same price of other theaters that do offer more bang for the buck. They do have a nice quality to the place. The screens and sound are good quality. I don't think I will keep going here though because the theater called Silverado 19 does have free refills and much more space for leg room for the same price. If they charged $8 per adult instead of $10 I would have a reason to return. read more

Good movie theater could use more food and candy selection and it has a few arcade games

Since moving to the Spring area, we haven't been to a movie so when we found out there an almost new place up the road....we just had to take a day off and enjoy some US time! This place is by far one of THE best movie venues I've ever been. The seats recline all the way through so you feel like you're literally at home in the confines of your own area. It's as clean as a movie theater could possibly get, but its less than a year old so we'll see how well they keep that up through the years. Their screens are humongous and the sound is at a perfect pitch. We're definitely making this place our regular movie-watching establishment and will be back more & more since we're only six miles away. Great job guys...keep it up! read more

I don't go to the movies often but this place is like five minutes away from my house. I was honestly not all that impressed when I visited this place but it it was cause I took it for granted. A while later I went to a regular movie theater to watch gravity and I left really disappointed and much more appreciative to the experience at this movie theater had to offer. The screen are pretty large, comfortable seating and the sound was pretty good quality as well. I have been to better theaters but I can't complain about what they offer here. Small theater compared to others. They only have one area to buy tickets which is to the right when you enter the building. There were about 4 registers. Came on a Saturday afternoon during Labor Day weekend and, it wasn't busy. Paid matinee which was $5, so that was another plus. They serve cocktails and brew Starbucks - another plus. They don't have recliners like other theaters which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. I'm hoping they will upgrade this in the near future. Will be returning. read more

This theatre reminds me of a movie theatre from 1998. The venue is disappointing and the seats suck compared to most other theaters. First time going to this theater. We went on a Saturday morning (11:15am) and got the early bird ticket pricing. All the people were polite and the place was very clean inside. I can see though with all the kids running around the concession area that probably by the end of the day it could be a disaster area. I did find it a little weird you had to pay first then they give you a cup and you have to go back to fill it up. They seriously need to re-work something there to stream-line things as there is only one girl at the checkout counter. The theater itself was also very clean and no noticeable odors. Temperature was comfortable. Seats were comfy and even for a big guy like me I didn't feel squeezed in. read more
