This theater was cool. I wore shorts and felt cold at times during the movie. Luckily I wore a sweatshirt. There were some cool movie posters in theater lobby. The bathroom had interesting tiles black and white. Had trouble at times getting comfortable in my chair. Good experience overall. read more

We went to the movies twice while I was visiting my sister over the holidays in Monroe. Definitely an upgrade from the Pecanland mall theater. Visually I'm over-stimulated just pulling into the parking lot with all of the lights. Inside there are games, entertainment, treats, etc. Multiple floors. Much larger theaters, more seat space, clean bathrooms - I was in them for a long freaking time wretching because I had stomach issues during 'Little Women'. I've really missed these types of theaters because we just don't have anything like this in New York and everything feels super commercialized out here and tight and confined. Major kudos to all the staff for keeping this place well kept and clean. read more

Took a trip to Monroe to do and see different things. We wanted to see Maverick and we do not have a theater in our town now. Great seats. The concession area was a bit congested but overall we enjoyed it. read more

Worst customer service EVER!! From the ticket booth to the concessions... I have never felt like I was "bothering" people more than when I wanted to go see a movie last week. Keep it up and along with the post Covid crowd this theatre will be closed down within a year. read more

I am probably one of the most consistent customers at this location. I see every movie no exaggeration every movie here. I have always been happy with the staff and their concern for any suggestion, or comment I might make. I think overall you won't find any service business with better employees in the area. I have seen many movies more than once but, every time whoever I talk with will greet me and tell me to enjoy the movie and actually be glad you came. read more

Wow this place has GONE DOWN HILL!!! Must have changed management company! Now you have assigned seating so if your in a group you "may" be able to sit together. And the popcorn is now some fake stale popcorn. Oh well is roving to RUSTON for us from now on! read more

Its a theater. Located right next to the I-20 in West Monroe makes it easy to get to. Looks like something grand from the outside but its just a movie theater. Prices are a little high on the food and drinks but the seating is ok. read more

We went to see Avengers: Endgame here and at the 7:30 showing there were absolutely no seats available to we were told we had to get a later movie time. The only available one turned out to be 3 hours later because the employee told us 10 but it turned out to be a 10:50 showing. When we complained to the head manager all he told us was "tough luck" and nothing was done about it. The establishment also has a problem with cleanliness in the times I've been drinks were left along with candy and food on the floor. Will not be returning after our last incident. read more

I love seeing movies here. They have great times for when the movies open early in the morning. And the seats are better than the movie theatre at Pecanland Mall. The concession lines are fast and their bathrooms are very clean. Wish they had a better arcade for kids. Would have given them five stars if they had. read more
