My hubs sat down towards the front on one of the couches and they approached him so I'm not sure if there's actual table service. We opted for two vanilla latte and a Muffin. I also took a bag of whole bean coffee to go. The ice latte were delicious as was the muffin. It has a good vibe in their small retail section as well.
