I have not been to Cinnabon in awhile but wanted to stop today and right away the Manager Omar made me feel comfortable right away with his excellence customer service. Came to the mall today to take back some items for the wife and while I was there stopped bye Cinnabon to see if the buns have gotten better. They haven't I paid like $25 for 2 rolls and some center rolls. I will not be coming back. The problem with the cinnamon rolls is that they taste artificial the ones from Vons at least taste homemade and you get six of them for $5.49. It's a way better buy I wish they didn't taste so plastic but they do. The service was nice and the shop was clean it's at the mall so it's nothing to write home about. read more

I don't know what's going on at this location, or maybe it's just policy. Rude employees that ignore you when you just paid and want to pick your items. Speak to you rudely. Then when you tell them what you actually wanted, they give you attitude and laugh. No clear line, so everyone is just standing around. Then get into arguments because they're being ignored. It's not rocket science! Bought two classic rolls. Got home and started to eat. They were still warm, so no need to warm them up. Oh my.... They were hard and stale. How??!! Oh my! Where have I've been? I've always looked away from a Cinnabon store. I always felt I might not like it. My parents in law invited me out for a cinnamon bun and to my surprise oh I fell in love with it. Upon arrival to the store the lady greeted us. My father-in-law took the last cinnamon bun however I only had to wait five minutes for a freshly hot steamy roll to come out of the oven. The cinnamon bun was so warm sweet, gooey, sticky all the above how is cinnamon bun must be. The frosting on top of the cinnamon bun was no joke they were not playing around. I told my husband he should have come with us next time. I'm definitely going to stop by at a cinnabon next time. Stay curious and stay hungry! read more

I'm always captivated by the smell coming from there overtaking my senses, the way the frosting melts down and around. I went in today with my family. I bought a box of the tiny buns. A Hispanic lady (employee) started arguing with me because I told her "why are you helping someone else besides me when I was already in line" . Well instead of deescalating the situation she continued on talking back in a very disrespectful manner in front of my children. Until another employee got involved and said "I'm sorry you are correct we should have a sign saying that even if you are just buying a box and not from the front the line starts there, and we will to do that". He apologized but the other Hispanic lady just kept on running her mouth because she had one. So sad I will never go there again. Susan is horrible!!!! How could Cinnabon hire such a rude person. I called multiple times no one answered so I went inside the mall and asked if they were open since the times have changed. She very rudely said read the sign lady. I was in shock! Other people around we were is disbelief. I told her I know the policy but I was calling with no answer and just wanted to place an order. She said oh well call again. I asked why she was being so rude and she said whatever what do you expect. I explain that I expect good customer service. She then told me I got your order now leave. We ordered two "center of the rolls". The employee took them off the display which I understand but they looked old and dry. He then proceeded to put them in a microwave that was sitting on a shelf about 3 inches from the floor. They then handed us the rolls but they weren't warm at all and they were super dry and hard as a rock. The plastic fork broke while trying to break it apart. I am obsessed dare I say addicted to their center of the roll pulls a parts. However very overpriced and they hardly have deals they also charge 50 cents for extra icing. The treat is perfect if you have a sweet tooth but if you don't it may be a little too sweet for your liking. read more

Went to this place as my daughter had given me a gift card. The cinnamon rolls were so delicious and way better then I expected. In my opinion Vons cinnamon rolls are just too sweet. These rolls at Cinnabon don't taste too rich and sweet. I also like that you can buy extra icing. Excellent place and customer service and I will definitely be going again! read more

I usually enjoy this Cinnabon location but I'm extremely disappointed in them this year. I'm a nurse & every year they usually celebrate us. Apparently not this year. 2nd day of Nurses Week & this location have no idea if they want to celebrate us or not. Both days the employees stated they needed to ask their manager however, the manager does not come in until 8pm... that's funny because the mall closes at 9pm... so, if there's an issue... we just have to wait until closing to have it handled. Although they were very busy, their staff were very patient and pleasant with my son and I. After taking my first bite into their "Caramel Pecan Bon," it was so good that I went and bought a pack of the "make-it-yourself" bons to make at home.
