I recommend their medium size option if you are getting an iced drink as they always get the coffee to milk ratio correct for me. My only complaint is their iced coffee drinks aren't always cold enough strangely (I have not experienced this with other coffee shops and I love iced coffee). A few times now I have ended up with lukewarm iced coffee with ice that's already halfway melted. I come here often and always hesitate for them to remake it due to this but it really takes away from my iced coffee experience. Due to the inconsistency I'm taking off two stars.
