Also, she complained about the square footage of the house and it being filth! We just bought a project and it needs work. She was NOT prepared and they didn't finish cleaning the house. cabinets dirty, stove dirty, they left a I vote sticker on the cabinet she claimed they cleaned and she asked for more money prior because she got to the house and still didn't finish the job. I requested a refund for the additional money she requested and she complained. I was blown away by her lack of professionalism. DO NOT hire! I didn't arrive until the crew had just finished cleaning. I did a quick walkthrough and didn't notice any issues at the time. However, when the new tenant moved in, they found that the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned at all. Unfortunately, the previous tenant had left the cabinets quite messy, so I had to reduce the new tenant's first month's rent. I hired this company because of its reviews and trusted that they would do a good job. It was very disappointing.
