The salesman, Tom Tetesco, is largely responsible for my positive experience. He was a real nice guy who fought for my deal. Amazing. (Tom - I owe you a bourbon!) I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Go give Tom some business, you will not be disappointed.

I came with my boyfriend to get an oil change and have them look at his front passenger side wheel…read moresensor which was only working periodically (the other 3 sensors were working fine no problems,) and rotate my bf's tires. We sat and waited 1-1/2 hrs for the work to be completed. Upon completion we got the car back and the service department informed us that the wheel sensors were all bad and needed to be replaced. It would cost $200 a piece ( that would total $800.) Ciocca Cadillac said they turned off all my bf's wheel sensors, and to make another appointment to replace them. ( I was there at the time and heard and witnessed everything not knowing at that time you couldn't turn the wheel sensors off.) My bf then decided to get a second opinion. While he was getting his tires fixed on his Tractor Trailer at Steve's Tire in Bridgewater,my bf spoke to the owner at Steve's Tires about getting his sensors replaced on his Cadillac.Steve's Tires said they could replace the sensors on the Cadillac for approximately $300- $350 for all four sensors. While we were standing there, we were then told the wheel sensor scanner wasn't registering any wheel sensors on my bf's Cadillac. We stood there and watched in disbelief! How could this be? Only one sensor wasn't working. Like I mentioned the other 3 were completely fine and working great. The owner and the head mechanic at Steve's Tire which my bf knows extremely well said 3 sensors were missing, and that Ciocca Cadillac left the 1 bad sensor in the car. We then chose to go back to Ciocca Cadillac in Flemington and let them know what happened with the 3 sensors that were missing and that they left the 1 bad sensor in. Ciocca Cadillac said they would check into it with their service manager and get back to us. They never called us back like they promised. Only when it was time for my boyfriend to get an oil change again, is when they chose to call us. They had absolutely no idea about the past problem. My boyfriend then had to explain the entire story of the 3 missing sensors to a different person then who we originally spoke to. This wound up happening 3xs.explaining to 3 different people the same story over and over again ! The 4th person who promised to call us back and get to the bottom of this, never did! The only time we heard from Ciocca Cadillac is when they wanted us to come in for an oil change or have work done. My bf had to explain why he wasn't coming in and using their services any longer. When my bf spoke to a manager, and informed him of what transpired that manager argued with my bf for an hour on the phone and basically called him a liar. Ciocca Cadillac in Flemington made tons of excuses. He spoke to 3 different managers and they weren't willing to do anything to fix the problem they caused!!! We are 100 % sure that they removed the good sensors and left the bad one!! This is a place that we were taking our Cadillac to regularly for several years and was considering buying another Cadillac from them. ( not anymore!) After this bad experience and the rudeness of the one manager who they claimed got fired , and having to go through 3 different other people, the 4th never called us back. We chose to take our business elsewhere! Oh and we never found out what happened to my bf's 3 missing wheel sensors. They never made good on the wheel sensors that were missing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP OR ITS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND NOT MAKING GOOD ON THEIR MISTAKES!!! THERE ARE MANY OTHER REPUTABLE CADILLAC DEALERS OUT THERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND DON'T USE THIS PLACE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!! if I could give zero stars, I would!!!

I called for a next available service appointment, and booked an appointment for the following week.I had mentioned not knowing if it was something mechanical or just needed an alignment. The service manager, Jamie, called back the same day and arranged for me to come in the next day in case the issue was mechanical. Happily it just needed alignment. Jamie, as always, was accommodating and spot on. I have been a satisfied customer for over 25 years and highly recommend the dealership.

I was told they could not diagnose it without me paying $4,000 to determine what the root cause is, but they presume I will need a new engine. It has less than 63k miles on it! I've gotten oil changes, routine maintainance as required and have taken great care of it. The dealership said I declined recommended services, which any service I declined was not pertinent to an engine (only things such as new brakes, tires, etc.) and the corporate agent I spoke to would not tell me details on what I supposedly declined because she did not have that information but continued to reject my request for good will assistance anyways. If I knew Mercedes Benz was such a cheaply made vehicle with such dissatisfactory customer service I would have never bought the vehicle in the first place. I am extremely disappointed with this situation along with my decision to choose Mercedes Benz. I will actively spread my horrible experience to others and all over the internet so no one else makes the same mistake I did and I will absolutely never recommend Mercedes Benz to anyone!

I can't speak to the service department here (as I'm always a bit skeptical about dealership work),…read morebut I had an excellent experience purchasing a used Rogue at this location last Summer. When I saw the poor reviews here, I had to share my (long overdue) praise. Phillip Dequina helped us with a listing I found online. He was kind, patient, transparent, and genuinely helpful. He was super knowledgeable about the car and took us on multiple test drives without any pressure. He answered every question clearly and was honest about pricing, vehicle history, and our options. He felt like a real person focused on solving our problem, not a stereotypical pushy salesman. I would definitely go back to him for my next purchase . Worth mentioning that we live near Newark so lots of dealerships close by. After visiting several of them, and experiencing their high-pressure sales tactics, we were ready to skip buying a car altogether. I read that Fred Beans was a reputable dealership, so I decided to drive over an hour to test drive cars there. It was totally worth it. Thank you Phillip and Fred Beans for making the car-buying process feel almost normal.

Robert, Steve (GM) and Dave were so patient and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for the best trio to deal with when I was deciding on what car to get. They gave me all possible options on each vehicle I looked at. They let me take my time and went over each step and functions of the new car with me. A total personal and hands on service/client-dealership relationship. I came back the following week with my mom to look at cars for her. They are very professional and very accommodating! Fast forward to 2025/2026, and the service department has clearly gone downhill. For one, nobody answers the phone. You're stuck leaving voicemails that go unreturned nine times out of ten. We had an issue with a part that was a known problem and covered under the extended warranty. Getting the claim approved took some hoop-jumping, though that part wasn't really the dealership's fault, and once approved, the repair itself went smoothly. The second issue, a few months later, is where things fell apart. The car started stuttering when accelerating from a complete stop. The mechanic couldn't reproduce it at first, so we rode along with him to show him directly, and he confirmed the problem was real. He just didn't know what was causing it, and they said they'd look into it. That was the last we heard. We left voicemail after voicemail with no follow-up, all while still under the 120K-mile extended warranty. That warranty has since expired, and the problem is still unresolved. It's a frustrating contrast: when the sales side wanted to talk trade-in, I was getting calls constantly. On the service side, silence. There's only one advisor back there, and I don't want to call him out by name here since he's a genuinely nice guy, but the follow-through just isn't there. On top of that, getting a loaner is its own ordeal. They say they're booked out months in advance, so if you need your car serviced quickly, you're likely out of luck. From now on, we will no longer do any future business here.
