This was my first time at this nail spot and the service was terrible. Given that this was my first time i had showed her a picture and asked her the pricing to which she said "I don't know wait until I'm done" but it bothered me because most places give a rough estimate. The lady who did my nails was very rude, threw my hand down after she was done with the hand. She was very rushed and rough as well. I left with my cuticles bleeding. Within the first 2 days of having the acrylic nail set, my paint started chipping and on my 3rd day, one of nails completely popped off. She also did not do the shape that I wanted and when I asked her to fix it, she said "that's the best I can do" and just left it as is. Overall I was very disappointed with the nail product quality and service. Will not be going back, nor would I recommend. Vibe was awkward as well. read more

In serious need of a pedicure so of course I went to Yelp for assistance. I took advantage of being off the day after thanksgiving and luckily this place was open and the reviews were really good. Reached out via Yelp on Thanksgiving and to my surprise got a response the same day and quickly...thank you for that! Showed up at 10:35 for my 10:30 appointment and waited about 8 mins. I was seated and worked on and out within 45 mins. The gentleman was friendly not talkative which today was okay as I have a 3 year old and 9 month old at home and could use a little silence sometimes. He did a good job of making my feet look nice again (it's probably been about 1 year since my last pedicure). He massaged my legs for much longer than expected which was soooo wonderful! He choose a polish color that was just fine at my request of something light in color. He took his time painting them and cleaning them up. They are a slightly higher in price than most places for a basic pedicure at $22 and then $30 for the next level up. They have done some renovation since the last time I was here years ago and it looks like it's because they under new ownership. They also sanitize all used equipment, he immediately took everything away when he was done, not like most places that will leave the nail clippers and cuticle cleaners behind to use next. read more

We both got the Luxury Pedicure and it was definitely a treat includes a scrub, oil massage with hot stones and hot towels after that! I got exactly what I wanted which was a gel pedi with french tip. It was an older gentleman that did my toes and he did an amazing job, he even did acrylic on my big toes and one of my pinky toes. I got gel on my toes and hands 5 days ago. My thumb nail started lifting on the 3rd day and I wasn't going to leave a review, just assumed it was bad luck. But now on day 5 I see that my gel toenail has also cracked and is lifting up completely. It's coming off so easily it's almost like they applied normal polish and not gel- which is not what I watched them do. I have never had gel that did not last at least 2-3 weeks. Tub liners were used which is standard, and the arm rest had ample room for purse and water bottle. Chair did not, however, have massage feature which was missed. The lack of this was likely what kept the cost of a basic pedicure at $26. While thoroughness and such pleasantries as "Hello", "Welcome" or "How are you today?" were tossed to the side the diligent workers took straight to their task. My friend's tech, a woman, was beyond aloof and down right rude. The only thing she said was to instruct her to pick a polish. She finished in record time (25 minutes) and at the end rushed off without ever saying a word, a nod, or even raising her head. I was ultimately very happy with the shape and attention paid to preparing nails for new polish (polish removed, cuticles removed, etc...) by my nail tech. The middle aged man made no chit-chat but did a beautiful job. I opted to pay the additional $14 and get gel polish, something I have never done before, and boy was I glad a did. I'm the Queen of "Can't have nice things", because I never make it home without gouging one of my "dry" nails. Never again! Dries cured in minutes to a smooth, glossy, flawless finish. Would I recommend this place? Not necessarily. Would I not recommend this place? Not necessarily. I know that doesn't help, but honestly if you want a glorified polish change with nice attention to nail shape and cuticle trim, go for it! If you're looking for an actual pedicure, opt to pay a bit more and go some place else with better customer service. $40 without tip for basic pedi and gel. read more

Walk-ins wait time is about 10-30 minutes. But they get you seated fairly quickly. I have been to other nail salons where the staff works fast and does a bad job. Here, they do it fast but diligently. They ensure that the nails are up to customer satisfaction. I got my nails done by Hannah. She was super thorough and diligent with my nails. She also maintained communication to ensure that I was happy with the nails. I brought in an example from Instagram and she definitely delivered. Got my first dip powder set with Lam (aka John) and I love it! He was very helpful when I had questions about what dip powder was and very patient with my tense hands. Usually I go for regular acrylic/gel sets but I really love how this one came out. I never got a set this good!! The last two times I got a set I'd ask for coffin shape and they always come out too wide, bulky, and just poorly made. I see pictures online of how I want my shape to look like and this is the first time that it was actually done. This is such a basic set but now that I know the foundation and shape of the nail can actually look right, I'm so excited to start adding some designs and personality to it in the future!
