I end up reaching back out and having my car towed to the shop for an estimate and it was very reasonable. Luis was very professional and understanding throughout the entire process. NOT UP TO THE JOB. Just Brakes LLC came out 5:30 on a Monday evening to do my front brakes. So, a…read morebrakes & rotor job. We took the car for a tire issue and they said two of the lug nuts were cross threaded. I messaged Just Brakes LLC about it all. I called the next day to confirm. They hadn't checked their messages. They said they would get the lug nuts and be out Friday @ 5:30. They never showed. It is the following Monday and Just Brakes LLC has not attempted to contact us. We've taken the car elsewhere to undo the damage and properly replace the cross-threaded lug nuts. Communication is essential in any business, and Just Brakes is very poor at that.
