If I ever need wheel repair again, I'm going straight back to them. Minor drawbacks: Their 9-5 M-F hours are inconvenient for dropping off a car, and communication about progress could be better. I emailed them for a quote and received one the very next morning. I called and spoke to Taso, he was excellent at explaining the tires and was able to schedule me for a Saturday install, he said it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes. I arrived and was greeted by Taso, he showed me the new tires and was very friendly and kind. The install only took about 40 minutes because he had his son helping him, I was very impressed with how quickly they got the job done. I will be brining my wife's vans and daughters car next for new tires and suggest highly to anyone needing new tires to do the same! Great customer service by a family that cares and it shows!
