I brought in a few linen blouses that fit me perfectly, and when I got them back, they were visibly stretched out and no longer wearable. Linen is delicate, but this level of damage is unacceptable. What made things worse was the complete lack of accountability. When I pointed out the issue to the owner, instead of trying to help or even acknowledge the possibility of a mistake, she raised her voice, started yelling at me and insisted that I brought the blouses in in that condition- which is simply not true. Now, in addition to paying $25 for cleaning one blouse and $30 for another one, I am left with having to purchase new blouses because of her lack of accountability. Good customer service goes a long way, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this owner chose defensiveness over professionalism.I won't be returning and would NOT RECOMMEND THEM if you care about your high end clothes being handled properly.
