Emailed a bunch of storm shelter companies and Storm Safe responded the quickest and also emailed…read moreme all the information I needed to make my decision on which size shelter to purchase. Storm safe emailed me back and even provided flyers on current specials they were running. The process was fairly simple, just choose the size shelter we wanted and scheduled a date for installment. In the mean time we had to apply for a permit with the county for the installment which cost around $25. The installation went pretty quick, they asked which side of the garage we wanted it and once it was complete we were told to not park on top of it for 3-4 days to let the cement set. Only complaint was the mess they left behind. When they cleaned up the dust and dirt from everything it seemed like they just poured the water into our lawn. Now we don't have the nicest lawn on the block but it was still very UNAPPRECIATED. We called to ask if they would do anything about it and after a week of no response we called again and they sent someone over to clean it up. I know they don't specialize in lawn care but it was just disappointing to come home to. Otherwise, the shelter is great. Just as advertised and hopefully we won't have to use it but thankful to have one if we do.

I don't have much faith in this unit simply from the air flow design (no debris shields) and the welds look very junior. Has anyone at your shop heard of a grinder? This unit is not like the unit we saw at your booth during the 2024 Oklahoma State Fair and frankly looks like your first one. For the price, this unit should have been built at a higher quality then what showed up..... I do want to note that the installers were fine and friendly and yes there were some marks on the cement from the skid steer but I'm not sweating that. The install date was set one time and no rescheduling, so I want to be fare with this review. I also contacted the Business, and they did come back after the installation to look at my griefs however nothing really was done about it other than cutting off the lag bolts holding the unit down that were sticking 4 inches above the cement. Installer said the owner bought the wrong ones. So, not a scheduling issue or an installer issue for me, but rather low quality that was built in a rush...No excuse for some of the quality issues especially well over 4k per unit (4x8)
