Picked up several veggies and fruits. At the meat section, a butcher immediately greeted with a smile. He was helpful. I purchased two ribeye steaks and chuck roast. I remember that i needed a packet of ranch dressing seasoning and au jus for the chuck roast. I appeared to be lost looking for the aisle. Vince approached and greeted with a warm smile. He escorted me where to find them. He showed me several packets to help me. He introduced himself as the Produce Manager. I mentioned that i like his store and it was my first visit. Vince thanked me for visiting. He mentioned about the free grocery promotion and how to apply. He took the time to engage with me and offered further assistance for any special produce that he can order. Great job Vance for your Exceptional service! The lady cashier was also friendly. Karen thanked me for shopping. I mentioned about my interaction with Vince and she raved about his service to his customers. We enjoyed the chuck roast and steaks! They tasted better too. Let me preface this with, I am a frequent Sprouts shopper, not at this location but to many locations local to where I'm from. The woman who assisted me laughed in my face and was extremely condescending because I choose the decline the offer to round up my transaction for their children's charity. I have no problems with charities and have fundraised my fair share for marathons I've run in the past. The issue I have is when these donations transform from being requests to expectations. Am I expected to round up my change every time I make a purchase to a foundation I know nothing about? I've worked many roles in my life and even at a check stand earlier in life, never did I have the nerve to treat someone like that. The professionalism is definitely lacking and should be looked into.

It is my own vehicle and I feel like I just sold a kidney. At least this place is brightly lit. Especially the sign showing $3.99 for the cheap stuff. $4.19 is how much for the good stuff. I think I've just been robbed through my credit card transaction.
