But this is just an OK location kind of small and it does get the job done though they have gas snacks beer whatever you want so you know three out of five seems about right

It can be frustrating when you are going in on a work break and see 1 person working the checkout and others in the back or the parking lot. It would seem to me that when the store busy, all hands should be on deck and save the parking lot work for later. I spend the majority of my break just waiting in line. Still a great place for service, friendly staff and the place is clean. I just with it was managed a little better.

I tried to tell the store this time, they referred me to corporate for some reason - even though it's a physical equipment issue at the actual store site. Corporate customer service asked me if I wanted to start a case. I said no bc the bank had luckily caught the fraud, I just wanted to alert them to the problem. Apparently they don't have an internal mechanism (or concern) about dealing with card skimmers unless you've had money stolen. They never even asked me what store or what pump, date it happened on. I also guess I will have to always pay inside if I ever get brave enough to stop there again.

They fixed a mistake another location messed up, and always are upfront about costs. Would recommend them to anyone for any usual services/maintenance, or tires.

Nice little convenience store gas station off Stonestreet Road next to The JCC Southwest Campus I…read moreremember I used to go to this gas station all the time and I went to jccc back in like 2001-2002 and now that I work over there off Dixie sometimes I frequently stop there and get gas or a few other little items. The gas to be honest is a little expensive for my taste it's always a little more than it cost at like a Circle K or something I'm never sure why but it is just a little more expensive so I don't really recommend come in here that often unless you're just kind of in desperate need and it's not a very busy area which is excellent because I hate stopping on big speakers Dixie so busy all the time so I'll frequent this if I need to pick up a little something

The food made on site is delicious & doesn't taste "old" even at the end of the day. The shelves, displays & counters are neat, organized & free of debris. The fuel pumps outside are clean, neat & free of debris as well w/ multiple payment options. This is in a great location that is easy to enter & exit without issues.

Thornton's is by far one of the largest, nicest, and product rich convenience stores in our region…read more Most of their stores have been vastly upgraded with a new exterior branding and much more in line with the products that modern people want when they are on the go. I went ahead and gave a 5 star rating whilst I do have a major complaint I feel is good to mention in this column. This is a more general concern with Thorntons and all of their regional competitors. You MUST keep your restrooms open 24hrs a day if your store is indeed 24. Uber, Lyft, and other workers that often travel overnight have got to have places to relieve ourself. It's very discouraging to have to waste so much time and gas trying to find somewhere to do our personal business that we all have to do. I do understand concerns over corona, but we as human beings must keep basic services open for the public. Just for the record every time I use a business's facilities I buy a product. That's the respectable thing for me to do for that service. Overall though Thorntons you've got it going on!!
