I recently became a Redbox user and found this place because I needed to return a few DVDs. I didn't actually come into the store until today and I was very impressed by the service. This is a decent place to get some lunch if you're looking for some burgers, hot dogs, or this thing they call a Tornado (it's kind of like a rolled taco...). Their condiments section is clean and they provide a variety of stuff to put on your burger or dog: chopped onions, relish, and jalapenos to name a few and they also have spicy brown mustard, yellow mustard and ketchup in the squeeze bottle form or the portable packets. I especially like this place since it isn't near a high school so you don't have any rowdy kids hangin around here during lunch time... Also, their fountain drink station serves both Pepsi and Coke products... The store seems very new... probably not more than a year old and it is very clean. They have restrooms and an ATM and it has a very spacious layout. The employees here are very nice. They greeted me and asked genuinely how I was doing when I went up to the counter to pay for my lunch. I feel like that is very rare thing nowadays especially when visiting a convenience store. I'm not sure what's going on with the gas at this station, but something definitely seems off. I filled up here and drove a route I take all the time -- normally it only uses about 1/4 tank, but this time I burned through almost 3/4 by the time I arrived. A month or so ago the station was completely roped off for a few days, and ever since then I've been having this issue. Maybe there's another explanation, but I've never had my gas drop that fast before. Just wanted to warn others to be cautious before filling up here. read more

I went in to use a promotional coupon that I obtained from a different circle k for "fuel day 'food' coupons." However, I was denied service by "elvira," because she said "that's photocopied." ANY COUPON CAN BE PHOTOCOPIED! So does this mean you guys don't take coupons, in general? I was denied service at this location but drop to Escondido and back to oceanside and got my coffee with no issues. Went to exchange a propane tank like I normally would and the guy working said they were out. The propane cage was full of capped, full tanks! last time I went I had to wait 15 min. The lady named Elvira is the slowest, rudest clerk you can deal with. No matter how many people are in line she will not move any faster. She is extremely slow, never has any sense of urgency to move faster because there are 10 people in line. Elvira accused me of stealing, she actually thinks I would stamp a car wash card 1 punch out of five to cheat getting a free car wash. I paid 100$ in gas purchased the works car wash for 14.99 handed her my card to punch a car wash and she asked me if I got this here. Of course i did FROM HER I told her. She denies it gives me another card but never apologizes and basically insinuates i punched the card to cheat. In my opinion that is accusing me of stealing. BEEN GOING THERE FOR 10 years.. Its not that I don't like this guy station, it's just the person that works their at nights. 3 days ago I went their and got some 20 dollar scratchers, and then I won 30 dollars! Then I went to redeem it then he said that he didnt have 20s or smaller bills. I knew that was a true lie because when he opened the register, he literally had small bills. When I went to tell him that he was lying and had smaller bills, he said no I only have 100s. He's very rude and stereo types me and my brother. Some friends mentioned the Circle K in Bressi Ranch and spoke about a mexican food take out spot called The Grill, inside. They said the Grill gas a limited menu, but the breakfast burritos are great for 5 bucks with guac., and sour cream. Well they were right. The cook Angel has been making good food consistently for the past few months. I had to say my peeps at work make me roll thru and grab some. This car wash at the circle K is of poor design! Need an attendant to guide you through a wheel guide pulley, sometimes no one is there and when they are, they're rude! I do like the free vacuums. Sometimes you can find clean towels. read more

Makes me give it a star. Supposedly open. FALSE! 5:45AM; sign is flashing that it is open, sticker on window says open 24 hours, there is a worker that I clearly see through the LOCKED entry doors and he sees me trying to enter and just keeps walking away. How can you advertise that you are open 24 hours and everything shows the complete opposite including the worker acting like the store is closed. Need to either change the window lettering signage and turn OFF the neon sign or honor the said items and actually be open. read more

This morning I went into get some coffee and the man working was so polite and helpful to me. As I was getting my coffee he said good morning to me and as I was walking to pay for the coffee he said ma'am do you want a sleeve for your coffee? I said yes! And he said sure they're right over here as he walked to get it for me. Customer service is so important. People who take care of there customers goes a long way. Just witnessed a very irresponsible policy implemented at this Circle K. While standing in line, an employee was putting bags of chips into a plastic box. Plastic into plastic? Is the management so out of tune with the problem of too much plastic on our planet? It's enough that plastic bags are used for chips, but another plastic container is environmentally irresponsible! I'm giving this place a 1 star only because there is a huge sign that states they are an authorized US Postal Service shipper and the only thing they had there were USPS boxes and some pre printed labels. It's not even equipped enough to be fairly called a US Postal Service Shipper. There's no forms they even ran out of the large box I needed. No one is there to help. Don't go early morning between 1-4 am. I work the grave yard shift and at break time I go there. Every time my co-workers and I go, a middle aged caucasian dude is always there and is rude as hell. Either the doors are locked or he takes his time getting to the counter. I even say hello and I get no reply. It's not busy ever so there's no excuse. He should not be working at a job that deals with people. read more

Super Friendly staff! Car washes are discounted right now which is great! I often go in to get the 89 cent drinks and they always punch my card or give me a stamped card. The excellent friendly service keeps me going back. Total bonus that it is a Redbox location as well! read more
