They always seem to have great $1 any size cola slurpees (my fave) plus other kinds or $1 drinks any size. The best part next to a great slurpee which is Not over-sweet is their Non Sweat styrofoam cups. Too cool especially when every other kind of cup will sweat a puddle in my cup holder. They have a large plethora of all kind of bottled and canned drinks and beer if you want. Also they seem to have water specials like 20 ounce etc.. Lots of supermarket foods are available so you can skip the grocery store sometimes. They do get a decent amount of construction guys at lunchtime buying good looking pre packaged sammies and beer. The hot dogs are yummy for a Timewise Shell station. They even have my fave pink coconut, chocolate and cream Snowballs. Plus I saw Shemar Moore looking like a real hottie but it was on a magazine. I didn't see that magazine elsewhere. They have helped me with overkill of Lotto Tickets to buy also and didn't get annoyed. There are 3 Timewise/Shells on the corner of this intersection but this is the biggest and best selection of all 3 IMO :)! Even the bathroom is a ok. No Buc-ees but safe to use. Inside is overall clean and new but seems to have areas where they could stock more food. Hot dog machine hasn't been working the last 2 times I visited. Kind of sad because their hot dogs were tasty for a convenience store. Plus they had a special on them 2 for $2. Not sure if machine is broken already. Ok, me & my eye for detail self notice a spider on the pump; w/out any thought I shooed it up & out of my sight. Did the do & jumped back in the truck while it filler up. Once the job was done I hopped out w/motion to replace the pump. I quickly came to a halt! Darn it, that spider had returned. This time I thought man move & waved my hand in a shooeing gesture towards it low & behold that 8 legged creature did a 180 on me w/a vengeance! It was challenging me 6 legs to my small, delicate, beautiful, carmel, sz 6 wearing ring hand. Uhm... I waved the pump in a shooing gesture at it, but still that spider didn't want to move! I thought, o what will I do. One jump from it towards me & I might, well you know. The 2 angles I tried to place the pump back at mr spider was on point! I thought to myself I'm trying to beat the rain pls don't jump on me & I slowly placed the pump back & jumped in the truck, pulled up away from that spider. I don't get to stop at a Chevron station very often because there are none near my house so it was good to get to help pay my paycheck...... The station was okay. I did not go into the store (King Fuels). The pump worked fine and I had no problems. There was washer fluid in the window washing bin but I did not use it. There place was clean and seemed well maintained. Overall, the experience was A-OK.
