The pharmacy department has a brunette girl working there that is LAZY!!! When I arrived she felt the need to yell across the pharmacy for me to fill out my information on the computer. IT'S THE SAME INFORMATION THAT THE CASHIER ASKS WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR MEDICATION!!! I don't work there. When another customer came up the girl did the same thing to her. I made a comment to the other cashier that the customer service in this store had gone down hill and the other customer agreed with me. This upset the Brunette girl who seemed more irritated that she had to actually do some work. The brunette girl lost CVS a long time loyal customer with her attitude and laziness. As long as she works there then I will never shoo there. The fact that I have filled out their survey and they have yet to respond further proves that CVS does not care at all about us the customers. read more

If there is a way to leave negative stars I would. This store is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. I worked for many years in a retail and then mail order pharmacy and we would have been fired for doing such a poor job of taking care of our customers. The one pharmacist on duty is too busy giving injections to work on prescriptions. When someone has surgery they should be able to get there prescriptions a little more quickly than several hours with constant delays for each time the pharmacist is too busy elsewhere. After surgery antibiotics are extremely important and also keeping the pain from slamming back. Well now 6 hours later still no medication for my family member. read more

I have used CVS at 910 W. Davis St. in Conroe for a very long time. It may be time for me to start using a different pharmacy. I recently filled a prescription for an albuterol inhaler at CVS on 910 West Davis St. in Conroe. When I tried to use it, I soon realized that the inhaler was not dispensing any medication. I returned to CVS and complained that the inhaler didn't work. Please note, I was not saying that the inhaler medication was ineffective. I DO NOT expect CVS to guarantee the effectiveness of the pharmaceutical products they sell. I was complaining that the inhaler's dispenser was not functional and requested another one. I was told that if I wanted another one I would have to pay for it again. I am flabbergasted that CVS has allowed itself to sink that low! Off the top of my head, I can't think of any other U.S. retailers who, after selling you a defective product, don't replace it and instead ask you to just pay for another one! This is not the CVS I have trusted for so many years! Fortunately, I don't have to continue trusting CVS. I do have alternatives! By calling the CVS customer hotline, they contacted the manufacturer who in turn arranged to have a replacement provided to me at the manufacturer's expense. The cashier with the fake blonde hair and lots of makeup on was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went through the self checkout line and of course the machine started beeping because of some sensor issue. I moved to the one next to it because the cashier was busy with someone else and I didn't have time to wait for her to come and fix the machine. She eventually came to fix it and said I was wasting her time and proceeded to walk away. I didn't even ask her for help or needed her, it was their machine issue. I thought that was extremely rude. If you don't like your job then find something else lady! You're there to provide customer service and I purposely went through the self check out so I wouldn't need these people's service. The absolute WORST pharmacy in existence!!! Every time we come here they rarely have their sh*t together. Take their sweet ass time getting to you and act like the customer is an inconvenience to them. I could go on and on and on... but just avoid at all cost. Well I know it's flu season and I bet the Pharmacy's around town are on overload. But while just calling this location I was on hold for 18 mins 29 secs, to me this is a bit excessive for any business conducting an important roll and customer service. If I could rate them a 1/2 star I would and management needs to understand it would be in their best interest to provide additional support during busy times... not to mention they are popping up on every corner these days and one bad experience and that customer may elect to try another vendor next time he or she needs something. Fantastic people. I called because my directions wouldn't find the address and the guy stayed on the phone with me for ten minutes to help me figure out a landmark it would find so I could get there to pick up my mom's medication after an eye injury. When we arrived, the guy at the window told us that this medication was not for use on eyes but I figured the doctor must know better and ignored the warning. He was indeed right and the doctor had sent the wrong medication. Thank you for warning us even if we didn't listen and for being wonderful people for each interaction we've had. read more

The WORST CVS PHARMACY EVER! Literally they take their sweet precious time with everything! I called to check if a precaution was ready and was put on hold for 40 minutes just for them to tell me that it's not ready. I go up there to pick up the prescription the NEXT DAY and it's still not ready. The pharmacy staff is just horrible. Clear it out and start over. If I could give 0 stars I would. There's nothing convenient about this convenience store. I went to add money to my cash app and the manager was completely rude and out of pocket. She said "they don't do cash app" I've had places say that but they simply didn't know how, showed them, no issue. Not her. I simply explained scan the bar code take the money and it should be good. She refused. I asked if it was store policy, personal,or cash app had it wrong. She threatened to call the police if I didn't leave and said she was tired of telling people and wasn't going to argue about it anymore. That tells me she personally doesn't want to. Not even a reason given. She proceeded to ignore me amd told the other employee not to help me and to ignore me as well. She wouldn't make eye contact with me and told me to get out. I came back in to ask for a name and got a different manager to give me their name and refused ro give me hers. I called to get her boss number and they gave me corporate which had a terrible automated system and took about 4 calls to get where I needed and another 7 to 10 days before a real manager deals with the issue if they even do. I've never been treated so poorly at a store before. The fact she threatened me with the cops and then immediately ignored me when that didn't scare me and get the reaction you could tell she wanted told me all I needed to know. The other employee wanted to help be she refused to let him. He told me go down the street to 7 eleven. I go there and it took him less than 30 seconds. No questions asked. Called cash app support and they do cash app transactions. She was being lazy amd didn't want to do her job that required this simple task. I'm very unimpressed with the cvs store and have never been treated so poorly as a customer for simply trying to make a deposit and help an employee who didn't know how to do so just to be threatened with law enforcement ignored, and all but thrown out. I have hearing loss and when I called the pharmacy with a medication issue, the man was speaking very rapidly. I told him four times that I have hearing loss and requested that he please speak more slowly so I could understand him. He refused four times. I could hear him, I just could not understand what he was saying. I got a word or a sentence here and there, but it was a guess on my part about what it actually was. I cannot imagine why he would refuse. I was asking very politely. This has upset me tremendously. I feel this is intentional discrimination. Refusing four times is inexcusable. I've used the drive thru twice so far since moving to this side of town and both times I've been through very quickly and feeling good about it. I've been using this pharmacy for 10 years. The first few years I could have easily given them 1-2 stars for their disorganization in filling prescriptions. But, they deserve props for turning it around and making the improvements to their system, as they have lately. I rely on this CVS because its close to home and its open 24 hours. As caregiver to a severely handicapped adult (my little sister), we rely on the service needed even at 3 am. I still have to regularly make them run a script back through insurance to correct the erroneous co-pay, but for the most part, they are pretty efficient and very courteous. We're there so much, some of them know me by name and one even has our birthdates memorized! Now, THAT's good service! I give them 25 cool points for being a 24 hour store and another 10 cool points for their patience with me getting a zillion scripts filled every month. read more

First of I am a regular cvs customer & decided to go to this location & it happen to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ran into cvs to grab a few items & use the restroom at 10Pm and the manager decided to tell me that the bathroom was not open for customers because of maintenance. & I asked I am a customer & cant use the restroom that doesn't make sense. & then he proceeded to tell me that he wrote a sign on the door walking he hand wrote a note and tapped it on the door stating that no restrooms after 10pm for looting. Which I am pretty sure is not cvs approved or for maintenance because there was no maintenance sign. He told me this in an aggressive manner he told me to "yelp all I want, there is a sign out front". Obviously this store lacks professionalism/customer service. NEVER go to this STORE! read more

Scripts that you can't fill other places, you can fill here. They are often crazy busy, and when they are, they can be slow. Pharmacists and the pharmacy techs-- especially the techs-- are very knowledgable and pleasant. The front store staff are energetic, orderly, conscientious. At the drive-in, the audio plays back something like-- when you come back save time by being on line, or calling in advance -- which I practically always do-- which is a little irritating. Their automated systems can make things convenient and fast. Like that they don't sell tobacco products-- their bottled water is a real bargain, too. If you are coming in eastbound on 105 turn left at the light on Dallas Street, take a right on West Lewis and go into CVS at the right rear parking lot-- otherwise, you'll have to overshoot the front entrance by about a block and a half. If westbound, you can go straight into the front entrance by making a left. read more

Worst experience I've had with any pharmacy. I have been using CVS for years to fill my medicine. I no longer receive paper prescriptions and my doctor calls in my medicines to CVS. Not only did CVS give me the wrong type of medicine, they also wouldn't correct the issue after I called three times. I even called my doctor to make sure it wasn't an error on their end. After the unprofessional and rude behavior from the pharmacists, I decided to cut ties with CVS all together. I am now going to another pharmacy. read more
