The staff doesn't turn over at all and are all lovely. The SF cops hang out here so it is a great place to get the local updates w/o gossip. Great for quick propane exchanges as well! So when I questioned if I can get my $0.75 back, it wasn't because I'm broke and need it. It's about the integrity of the service that is supposedly offered here.
