Our order was missing a few things, and when I called about it, I was told that "Nobody is going to bring it to you, but you can drive back up and get it." This would have been acceptable if when my husband was picking up our food, some random poachers weren't harassing him, and one even went so far as to reach into the driver side window!!! When I informed said 'New management' of these events, he said nastily that "My attitude wasn't helping!" While of course we know that he can not control who patrons the store, his response to me was completely unwarranted. Save your money and your life. We did not get the item, so this resulted in a lost sale for your store!!! There were two other cashiers besides her that could have checked this person out!!! She completely ignored US and what WE needed...EXTREMELY RUDE CHILD!!! Another cashier tried to help us as much as she could, but to no avail!!!... she called over the speaker for assistance, and the person that could help was on break...I did not get the name of the employee, but she has grey braids in her hair and should be commeneded on trying to help us... The people at the counter making food and checkouts are both kind and helpful. I always have to modify my sandwich after I order because the computer system doesn't let me change something and the deli people here are so nice. I've been twice and the same modification and both times, they've been so kind and didn't treat me as an inconvenience. I wish I had their names, but 7/9/25 around 4pm, the people were amazing! I was here the other day and I was having trouble getting my phone to scan at checkout for my rewards and an "off the clock" worker came over to help me! And today... we had a question for the cashier because we accidentally rung up something incorrectly and he was so helpful to remove the item and explain what we needed to know. The cashiers were pleasant. Would return the next time I'm in the area. Didn't use the restroom but everything appeared to be clean.
