My daughter and I were placing our order -- a Classic Carol meal with a scoop of chicken salad, and a Bacon Cheddar Melt with a scoop of Jalapeño Holly as the side. For reasons unclear, two staff members seemed unable to comprehend the order, even after we repeated it multiple times. When it became clear the order still wasn't being understood, I politely suggested we start over. At that moment, another staff member told us to "get the fuck out of the line." Hearing that language directed at us was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this at Chicken Salad Chick.
