My first delivery order was totally bad. First, it was supposed to be since to a friend and it was delivered to me. It was left on my bottom step outside my porch. The chicken was hard and looked old and the fries looked and felt like it was from yesterday and the salt I tasted was over salty I tried to call back for pick up no luck. That food appears to have been sitting all day and was the sucker that got rang in to receive it. Bad bad food my dog would not eat the chicken. read more

Always speedy service and usually doesn't take more than 6 minutes to get our food even during lunch hour. However they could do better at wiping down some of the tables when it's not as busy. read more

This Zaxbys has been good, sometimes they forget part of the order, but generally good, and the employees are pretty friendly and it's clean. I came here to leave this review today, though, because I'm fed up with their shrinking Cobb Zalad! Today I got a half of a chicken breast and half a piece of bacon! I know restaurants are shrinking portion sizes, but I ate at another location recently, and had a full chicken breast and at least two full pieces of bacon. I will stop going to this location for my salad. read more

Great customer service over two separate visits. Food was served lightning fast each time, but I think it was at the expense of freshness. The chicken had spent some time under a heat lamp and didn't taste fresh in addition to being slightly dried out. Overall I like this location but would be okay waiting a few extra minutes for fresher chicken. Bonus points for the restaurant being clean and welcoming! read more

I paid over $27 for my meal. $4+ being these cheese curds, or lack there of. i asked for four extra sauces, i got the amount that comes with each meal already (1). no extras. the cheese curds are also not good. don't waste your money. read more

I came into this location between 6 and 7 PM. When I walked in the place was spotless. It wasn't busy however it was plain to see that the tables unused were being kept clean the floor was clean and the counter where you get your ice tea and condiments was also spotless. Brandon took my order. He was courteous pleasant, and made sure my order was completed to my satisfaction. The waiting time was excellent. As a point of clarity it while it was not very busy inside the drive-through was completely full. One last point and that is because I travel to different parts of the country this is probably the cleanest Zaxby's including restaurants that I've ever been in. It speaks to the manager and to the person's work that they understand the importance of the job in customer service. read more

HUGE thank you to the MGR and crew of this location on Sunday July 10 @1130 . The food is the best I have had at any Zaxby's in multiple states. It's clean in here , we were greeted warmly immediately as we entered and the tea is fresh, the fries are perfectly hot and crispy the boneless wings are sauced perfectly and the salad is fresh and put together as perfect as the photo on the wall. Absolutely the worst customer service. I left my sunglasses on the table and walked out. I went back not even 5 minutes later to ask if someone had picked them up and turned them in. The cashier rudely says, really? Then turns around and yells, did anyone turn on some black sunglasses? A man turns and yells, do I look like the lost and found? Will NEVER step foot in this place and will make sure people know how rude the employees are. read more

Im not sure what is going on lately, but the service absolutely stinks..I order the same thing everytime and oddly enough its never right..a 5finger with no slaw double fries, water, and ranch isnt that difficult. Once again it was messed up today after going for lunch around 1:00pm. The line was very long which I dont mind waiting for fresh food but when u see what my sons happy meals looked like after waiting im so disappointed..first off all i ordered a 2 piece kiddie finger..not cut a piece off of a tender and say its a two piece and it was supposed to have fries..i was given 6 fries..asked for ranch was given zax sauce..then my son located some nasty sauce all over his kids meal box that definitely made it look unappealing to eat and he became grossed out, this image is what i was given...would these employees feed this to there kids..management and new employees suck..thats the best way to put it..corporate will be contacted. read more

I just had to write a review i like Zaxby's a lot i work around the corner from one and from time to time i like to go there around 11am on my lunch break my experience at this particular location has been horrible i have never written a review but i had to this is the worst Zaxby's in Fayetteville they mess my order up all the time they don't even give 2 sauces like every other Zaxby's always lack of food compared to the other Zaxby's i ever went to i always get a full plate but here at this location they are so stingy with the rations i always only get one zax sauce it's just horrible i just settle for cookout if i were you every time i go there something is wrong i give them so many chances but disappointed every time so i had to write a review. I honestly love this Zaxby's. I really enjoy the staff, how clean it always is, and the fact they never give me attitude for being extra. My favorite thing to drink here is peach Sprite, I got all my friends hooked. You should try it. read more

Weeeell, I don't normally post reviews, but I was not happy with my visit, and I want you to know why. Zaxby's is listed as a "fast food" restaurant. Our drive through visit was anything but. We waited 30 minutes to get the Zensation Zalad and a Coke. When we got to the window the girl asked how I was doing and I told her how long we had waited, and the service was not fast. Her answer, a smug.....ok, sorry didn't do it for me. It felt like she wasn't even listening to me, but was saying, next! If she didn't like my answer, that's ok, we won't be back.
