My grandson likes to eat at the location occasionally when we shop at the commissary at Ft. Liberty. I thought I had gotten past the other fast food smell of grease. Their is nothing worse than eating ANY food soaked in grease or a greasy taste. I placed an order and the nuggets were soaked in grease. I could not figure out why my grandson would not eat them. Therefore, I decided to eat them. One bite into just one and you could taste the excessive grease. After rolling the other nuggets over you could clearly see how they were grease soaked. I took the nuggets back the counter and informed them of the issue. I requested to speak with management. The cashier looked at me like I was a nobody not deserving her time and walked off. Management never arrived to address the issue. You are valuable if you are the same color but "s...t" if you are another race. read more

The last time I got something from a chick fila chain was back when I was still living out of state in the West. This is my first in this location. As we all know, this chain and other sister chains are always busy at least on the drive thru. I wanted not to use the drive thru just because of the same reason. I went in and viola, it was half full, but the order line was empty. I got greeted by their team leader, I felt very welcomed. And so, I placed my order. I order a birdbox or we used to call chicken nuggets, the birdbox that matters. 12 pcs combo. Just as I finished swiping my card, my order was ready. I was like, wow that was quick. I tried their fries and it was fresh, the chicken nuggets were perfect. I wish all fast-food chains are like this location. It is in front of Walmart along the busy street of Ramsey. The parking lot can get busy. Tips: place an order inside for faster service. Park in the public parking area in front of Walmart, not too far of a walk. This will be my go-to birdbox place. read more

My brother ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce, American cheese instead of pepper jack, mayo, and pickle. When he got his food, he opened the box and noticed the sandwich had pepper jack instead of American cheese. While a bit irritated, he just brushed it off and started eating. Then he lifted the bun, asking, "Where's the pickle?" Oh, there was a pickle, alright. 1 single slice of pickle. I guess the server took him literally on that request! We were going to take it up to the counter and ask to change it, but by then there was already a huge line, so we just let it be. This Chick-fil-A is the better one if comparing to the one off Skibo. I love their enthusiasm and how fast they get you through the line. And! They're not stingy with the Chick-fil-A sauce. It gets crowded around 5-7 pm, but you don't spend more than 10 minutes there. The cleanliness is also a plus when compared to the Skibo location. I always come here if I'm grabbing something from Walmart, so the location is a blessing and a curse if you live around the area. read more

I had just come off a flight. It was around 945 and I was exhausted. I went to Chik-Fill-A expecting good service however I was met with the most rude and arrogant woman. Susan was the manager of this location and when she had messed up my order, I requested for a new sandwich. However, my request was not met. She refused and claimed I had ordered that sandwich, even though the receipt said otherwise. I have frequented multiple eatery places worldwide, and I hate to say it, this CFA is the WORST at getting orders right. No exaggeration, 90% of the time we go through the drive through, the order is wrong. Our requested sauces are either not provided at all, or it's the wrong sauces. If we request additional pickles, or maybe we fancy some pepper jack cheese to switch things up, guess what, it's not provided. Also, the day I went into labor, no joke, we waited 13 MINUTES INSIDE the CFA for a COOKIE. I told the owner, and he didn't apologize, but just handed us a cookie. As my first job, I am so glad to have chosen Chick Fil A. There are a lot of rules and expectations when you're an employee there but it really pays off to see people not just ordering our food, but smiling and laughing as well. I have only eaten food there once before getting my job but I see the way my co-workers treat the customers and myself when I'm on the other side of the counter. The food is honestly made with care, and it is our pleasure to serve our customers. We try to cater to everyone's needs and if we can't help you to the T we try to make up for it as best we can. It is pretty smart how they have two staff taking orders with an iPad in the drive way since it's so full like always. My boyfriend was using the Chick-Fil-A app for curbside service. He was trying to redeem his chicken sandwich along with $20.00 worth of food when the app crashed. The app stated that he already redeemed the free chicken sandwich. He told a worker who gave him his food and she said she would have to ask her manager. The manager stated that there was nothing he could do and he would have to file this complaint with corporate. I fully understand that people lie in order to get free stuff. I have worked in food service; however, this was not the case in this situation. I feel like the establishment knew that the app could be unreliable but did not care about the customer. My food always takes forever if I order during any time outside of 12-2. The past 3 times I've been there, they either forgot stuff from my order, or they charged me for things that were supposed to be free ( kid's meals on kid's night that I was told would be free). I hadn't been back in a while, so I decided to try again tonight. Horrible mistake. The service there has gone way down. I got there at 5 and didn't even get up the spot where I could order until 5:25. There were people maneuvering to get their cars out of line because the wait was so long. I was unfortunately boxed in on all sides, so that wasn't an option for me. What happened to the people outside taking orders and handing out food to make things run quicker? There were 2 lines to order through a speaker that funneled into one line to get your order. Even though I did my order through the app, the lady confirmed everything. So, why, when I finally got around to the window to get my food did they still need to ask me how I wanted my food prepared and have to have me pull up to wait even longer to get it? I did my order through the app around 4:30. Got to the restaurant at 5. Didn't get my food until 5:30. I typically only eat FAST food when I need it Quickly. Instead of this CFA making my evening easier, it just sucked my time and filled my evening with stress! And not one apology about the wait time either! Very disappointed. read more
