I had just left work and accidentally left my wallet in my girlfriends car so I was panicking. I passed this small auto shop and pulled in! I was greeted right away by a very friendly gentlemen who told me he didn't have an electronic Siphon tool but he would do it the old fashion way for me at no charge! After he finished removing the bad gasoline I thanked him repeatedly (he litterally saved me huge money on a blown motor) he asked where I was going I said I'm gonna push it a crossed the street and see if I can ask a few people for pocket change till I get enough to fill the tank which was about 3 dollars! He shakes his head and says wait here! Comes back with a dollar and says it won't get you all the way but it's a start honestly this kind of generosity and human empathy is so rare theese days! There's hot goods under the heat lamp ready to be purchased. The problem is when the manager is not there the place does not run well. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in just to get a simple cup of coffee when it wasn't even busy there and I would go to get coffee and there would be none left. It's quite irritating honestly as most of the time I go in there just to specifically get coffee because I like the farmhouse brand. i've told employees a little tip to help reduce times when there's not coffee available for customers and the tip is just keep checking the coffee and when it gets half empty , that's time to brew a new pot. That way, the coffee never runs out. The problem is is they just cannot get that very simple concept and again today I go to Cumbersome Farms specifically for coffee and there was none left. It would be one thing if it was busy, but there wasn't one customer in the store except me. The problem is is they don't understand the concept that is even after it stops getting busy you have to go back restocked. Make sure everything is topped off. That's what you do when you're not busy. Hopefully these employees can get retrained as I am almost ready to stop going in Cumberland Farms honestly. I mean what is the point of going to get a nice fresh coffee when half the time it's not even available.

We've owned and renovated three homes, and this was by far the worst experience we've ever had with any company. We hired Hearth Doctor to install a Renaissance 600 fireplace--a pricey, complex unit--and they botched it from start to finish. Safety ignored: They skipped a required radiation shield and told me to stuff insulation against the chimney pipe--an outright fire hazard. Only after I contacted the manufacturer did they reluctantly fix it, which meant removing a chimney already mounted two stories up. Timeline blown: A 2-day job dragged into 3.5 months, with constant delays and misinformation to my contractor. Poor workmanship: They mis-measured, forced rebuilds, denied necessary vents (later confirmed essential by the manufacturer), installed the unit with a broken door, then crudely bent the keyhole instead of replacing it. Finally, the fireplace was left visibly off-level, making finishing work nearly impossible. No accountability: Across six visits between June and September, I never received an apology. When I asked for a discount, they brushed me off, insisting they'd provided a "safe, functional, professional installation" that went "above and beyond" If this is their idea of "above and beyond," I shudder to think what "average" looks like. Bottom line: unsafe, sloppy, unprofessional. Save yourself the grief--do not hire this company.

His son, Kory, came out two days later and took a look at our current stove and chimney layout. He spent nearly an hour looking things over and patiently putting together a couple different quotes for us to ponder. Over the next few days, I emailed Kory with many questions, to which he was receptive and honest, and never tried to pressure us into making a decision. He only provided us with the necessary information to make an informed decision. Once we made our decision, Kory returned ten days later, and professionally installed our new stove. He even moved our old stove into our garage for us. He took the time to touch-up the paint on the stove pipe, and cleaned up every bit of the mess they made, even as minute as it was.
