There's hot goods under the heat lamp ready to be purchased. The problem is when the manager is not there the place does not run well. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in just to get a simple cup of coffee when it wasn't even busy there and I would go to get coffee and there would be none left. It's quite irritating honestly as most of the time I go in there just to specifically get coffee because I like the farmhouse brand. i've told employees a little tip to help reduce times when there's not coffee available for customers and the tip is just keep checking the coffee and when it gets half empty , that's time to brew a new pot. That way, the coffee never runs out. The problem is is they just cannot get that very simple concept and again today I go to Cumbersome Farms specifically for coffee and there was none left. It would be one thing if it was busy, but there wasn't one customer in the store except me. The problem is is they don't understand the concept that is even after it stops getting busy you have to go back restocked. Make sure everything is topped off. That's what you do when you're not busy. Hopefully these employees can get retrained as I am almost ready to stop going in Cumberland Farms honestly. I mean what is the point of going to get a nice fresh coffee when half the time it's not even available.

I ordered the brisket on a toasted roll, Eric got a sandwich. One of the crew ordered the daily special, one had a couple slices. Everyone had ordered, paid and was outside waiting and I was still wandering around seeing if I wanted something to go with it (chips-drink-etc) and the woman behind the register rudely tells us to wait outside and they'll bring it to us when it's ready. I open the brisket sandwich and the brisket is gray in color. I was still kinda hopeful that it would be good but it was so dry. I added some mayo and even that didn't add moisture to it. The roll had been grilled at some point and had a crust but it tasted extremely stale and was kinda hard to bite into as a whole sandwich so I tried eating just the brisket with mayo. Sadly I tossed the bread out and after smelling it the dog picked it up and even he couldn't chew n tear the roll for a bite. For a crew who was hungry and excited we all wound up hungry and Sadly disappointed, especially considering the prices ($11.99 for a brisket sandwich on a burger bun) ($11.99 daily special sub) We won't be going back and we're definitely glad about that. They offer propane gas tank exchange. The gas pumps weren't busy, but the area looked clean. Very clean, very well stocked I love the fact they have locally made products, Wilburs Chocolate, Holy Donuts and Shains of Maine Ice Cream are some of our favorites. We had their pizza - it was fine. Well prepared, toppings nice and balanced. Typical convenient store ingredients. The sandwiches we order one time, were decent. We liked the "italian" type of bread. The ciabiatta bread was good too. Joe one of the staff leaders greeted me and introduced himself and shook my hand as I was using the self checkout...(yes self checkout!! YAY!) He was very friendly and local, which is nice to see. The online ordering process is easy as well. Prices are decent for what you get. If you set up an online account, you can earn points when you shop there and apply them to future orders. Pretty sweet! If you are in the area, i would definitely recommend stopping by for some local treats.

So they profit by having your information. The place is a joke people get sick of playing games. It's extremely overpriced the food in the cooler can sit there for 4 days before being pulled works really well to eat a soggy 4 day old stale lobster roll. The hot food is keep at medium to low temperatures below what is recommended for long periods of time. Hot food is not hot and dangerous to eat because it not maintained at hot temperatures. It's like they have no idea what they are doing. I guessing they throw out 70 percent of what they put out.
