I stopped by this location drive thrutoday and ordered a ice coffee,I asked for sugarfee hazelnut syrup. Instead of letting know there was no such thing or providing other options, the person kept asking me if I wanted cream or sugar several times. I let them know that I didnt want any. I drive around to the window and I was met up with rudest person ever with the worst attitude! I tried to explain what I wanted he shut the window in my face so I waited, until he opened the window then I let him know my about my coffee,so I asked for a refund instead. He immediately turned his head and called someone named Jerry and then he said REALLY LOUD"I AM NOT DEALING WITH THIS TODAY!" then he slammed the window again. I waited until Jerry showed up at window, he was calm, he apologized after I explained how rude the window person was to me. I will not return to that Dunkin donuts after going for so long sad but not worth giving them my money for ugly behavior. Lesson for them is if you know you have a bad attitude when you wake up dont go to work and take it out on the customers! Limited seating, yet comfy and intimate. Hubby said cashier was inattentive and he had to repeat the order. Said she shouldn't be working the register. 08/05/2021. Don't bother to visit this Dunkin today as there is no access to interior so no restrooms, PLUS ALL THEY HAVE IS DRINKS, NO FOOD!! Why? Appears they got shut down for lack of cleanliness according to the posting on the door. Don't bother making a detour from the highway. We did order coffees and they were made wrong, and they weren't filled!! Sorry no second chances with me on this one If this review is helpful and saved you a trip please give it a thumbs up. Also for those who NEED to use this exit, head over to the Mc D's as they are fully open with a 97 score for cleanliness. We ordered egg + cheese (I'm a vegetarian) and ham, egg, + cheese on English muffins. We were told they didn't have EM so it had to be on biscuits so we agreed. Waited TWENTY-FIVE minutes for this. Holy moley this place is understaffed. We stood inline for a while and then raised the white flag. We even tried to circumvent the line and went to the drive thru and left their also. Very clean, courteous, and understanding while we were on our way home from the hurricane hitting. They allowed the kids to use the bathroom and come inside to sit down for a bit during the b.s. covid crap. The drinks were made deliciously, sandwiches were actually made well and not everything sliding off the one side. My son actually had cheese in his wake up wrap. Why go through the motions of letting us keep picking different kinds when you know you're out of almost everything in the middle of the afternoon. Jerry, the manager, was just plain rude. Messed up my order. I called and he said to bring in the mistake and ask for him when I came in. I arrived and asked for him, but he wouldn't come inside from his smoke break to even apologize or acknowledge the mistake. The girls inside were really nice and fixed the order for me, though. I had also called earlier today with a question about a product and he said that I needed to hurry up and ask my question because he was busy. read more

Staff was nice. Comfortable, open, quiet dining atmosphere. Upon walking in, the bagels/bakery racks were completely empty. I asked if they had any bagels in the back and they said they had everything except plain bagels. I asked for two cinnamon raisins and ended up with an everything bagel and a blueberry bagel... not a big deal, but the staff seemed to not know what they were doing. If they had some better management, I think this Dunkin' would be better. Nevertheless, the bagels tasted good so overall, they need to be more prepared. read more

New restaurant and new crew! The staff is becoming more knowledgable about their products and faster checking out. You can take your time picking out and learning aobut their products when there's less crowd. You can buy North Carolina DD mugs and fresh ground coffee at the entrance. Free WIFI, easy to get started, and recharge your devices. There's high stools for seating at the bar with outlets, booths, and low comfy seats to accommodate date any party. The donuts looked nice but not much taste to the ones with just icing on top. The blueberry cake donut is usually good anywhere so I wasn't disappointed. The toasted coconut cake donut is my most favorite following the butternut one! Flavor and sweetness throughout! The donuts aren't fried unlike KK, DD much healthier. The survey gives you a free donut with a med/lrg purchase. I like the deco too and outdoor seating. I hope they'll add umbrellas to the tables for summer. I'm enjoying the perks program/app. I got a free medium drink after registering my card too and for my birthday. Bring your friends and chillout! read more

Just did a mobile order, the app was great, but the store's ability to fulfill the order and customer service was terrible. The mobile order was sent 15 minutes prior to arrival; it included 3 coffees, a hot breakfast sandwich, 1 specialty donut, and a half dozen donuts. 4 or 6 employees couldn't handle 3 customers already in the store at the time of my mobile order pickup... the store was not busy at all but too disorganized and chaotic to keep up. I was not greeted or helped when I got to the mobile / online order counter. An order was there waiting, but couldn't see the order name or number, and half of the order was missing despite I paid for the entire order over the DD app. I told the clerk what donuts were missing, had to repeat the order a 2nd time. Clerk got confused with an order of 7 donuts and a half dozen box, and simply didn't give us the 7th donut.... so I had to yell for it and another clerk bagged it. No napkins were available for customers. How can a store team of employees be so disorganized and not filling complete orders when the store is not busy. Employee attitude was not pleasant, no hello, no thank you, not wanting to provide a pleasant customer service experience from start to finish. I'm glad we didn't do drive-through service, we wouldn't have gotten our donuts. read more

I used to go to this dunkin like twice a week and there was always a line in the drive through but it move fast, these past three months that I have been going the line has moved so slow that I was almost late for school one morning and I used to always get the same doughnut ever morning and they would always get it right but in the past three months they have got it right about two time and the rest it had been wrong! read more

Stopped here on a road trip. The location was clean and well staffed. Staff prepared drinks correctly and happily added missing whipped cream. Our less ice drink was still filled up with coffee goodness. Breakfast sandwich and hash browns were on point. They had cute ocean themed decorations, which was a nice touch. I went to drive thru at 700 am as I was going back to NY. I ordered a coffee with half and half and Splenda, I received a decaf black. We ordered 2 everything bagels with bacon egg and cheese. We didn't open bag until we got a bit on highway. Instead we had 5 hard and burnt bagels with cream cheese, Thats when I discovered my coffee was black as well. That was also the time that I noticed that the next rest area was 75 miles away. I was not happy at all. My husband tried to eat one of those bagels and almost broke his tooth. I feel very bad for the family of 5 that didn't have their breakfast or had to share ours. This started my trip in a bad way and I was not happy without my coffee. read more

We just stopped here on our awesome couple's road trip back from South Carolina (we were all attending a wedding and decided to make a weekend of it!). After stopping off at South of the Border we were all just HANKERING for a hot cup of joe and decided to pull into Dunkin' Donuts. Now, I know this is a chain and their coffee isn't top quality but these two ladies (Lauren D and another fabulous woman) went above and beyond! They took the time to make sure we were all satisfied with our beverages and were willing to help us any way they could! I agree wholeheartedly with previous reviews that state this Dunkin' Donuts is understaffed... There wasn't a single soul other than myself in the lobby/waiting area and it took a staff member 7 minutes to greet me. I watched one employee walk to the front, check on tea and coffee at least 3 times, and never even noticed me walking around in front of the checkout counter! The employee that took my order was kind, but never apologized for the wait (like I said, I was the ONLY person in there and no one was in the drive-thru so I haven't a clue as to why it took someone 7min to greet me let alone notice I was there). There should be a bell on the door or something to let staff know a customer has walked in...or, ya know, more attentive staff. 3 stars simply because my food was tasty and inexpensive. read more

Second time we've been here. Both times late & close to closing. The cashier was still courteous and we check out smoothly. The selection of donuts were slim but it was 20 mins before closing, which makes it understandable. But it caused me to try a new donut; the key lime is delicious and is now my new favorite! We ate outside and the area was clean & surprisingly quiet with being beside a major road. However there was no place to put our trash & the clerks locked the doors so we couldn't throw away our trash which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. read more

Ordered a 'toasted everything bagel with cream cheese' to bring home only to find an unacceptable scant amount of cream cheese. When I returned there were all new faces and blame was placed on the new hire. I did leave with a freshly toasted bagel with an acceptable amount of CC and a tub of CC for the 1st bagel, in other words, a two for one.
