I had an issue with the A/C not cooling at all. I spoke with Jeremy, explained the problem and he promptly scheduled me in the following day at 9:00am. I understand that times have changed and that customer service may not be what it used to be, but kindness and a little willingness to help should never go out of style. Single bathrooms are clean and lots typical of snacks/drinks. Huge parking lot, room for trailers, etc. Only negative I could think of is lack of hot food. This is not a large truck-stop, but still large enough. Still, this location is SO CLOSE to Hot Springs, it's a strategic stop if you are on your way out or need a stop to fill up when you arrive.
