I think that they had a bit of everything for everyone. I didn't care for the food court, but find one anywhere in the country that pleases me. California doesn't even have good food courts. The only person with which I had any contact was the security guard as I was entering, and she nodded and I nodded. That was it. I noticed an upstairs and was surprised to see a law office, a tax office and photographer (same office!), and more. Is it cheaper than a strip mall or standalone building? Malls usually are expensive for rental fees. I didn't go get my check-in free tumbler gift from the Mall Office. Durn.

Chain. The first $5 order of two rolls hit the spot, but didn't satisfy my craving. And when I say "didn't satisfy" I mean I could've ate 20 of the dang things before settling into a food coma. I didn't just want more, I needed more. So, I ordered more assuming I'd have a snack when I got home an hour later. Didn't happen. The rolls didn't make it out of the parking lot. Before I even turned the ignition over I had the second order of Vietnamese heaven demolished and devoured, not even a tuft of cilantro left lingering on the styrofoam serving tray. Overall a great experience. Stopped for a little snack and had my life changed. Despite being in the food court of a mall, it's a dead mall, the mood was chill and relax. Crispy coating is one thing, fried to oblivion is another. In all this did they offer to make it right? No. Several people in their little eating area was complaining about the sesame and orange chicken. No one in authority to make the customer happy. The server was an absolute idiot. So in her attempt to appease us she offered to give us some orange chicken but wanted to put it on the dirty plate that my wife was eating out of in the little diner area. So in essence they wanted to introduce dining area germs into their food serving area. Nasty. Her excuse was is they are a small business. I advised her we ran a small food business and would never consider bringing outside germs into out food service area. I've eaten here several times but knowing how they operate concerning customer service and food handling we will NEVER come back. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
