Absolutely the worst! I paid for gas and a car wash at the pump. It was not printing receipts so I couldn't get the car wash pin. The door to the store was locked so I couldn't talk to anyone. I live hours away and they won't refund my money if I'm not there in person. read more

This gas station is the worst! I was there a month ago and I was trying to pump gas and stop at $10. The pump got stuck and when I attempted to take it out of the gas tank, I got squirted from the waist on down with gasoline! Thankfully no one was around smoking. I went to the manager and told her what happened. She said basically I didn't know how to pump gas. I explained to her I've been pumping gas for over 30 years. I am not stupid and I didn't appreciate her attitude. she also stated she didn't smell any gasoline. I went to the Dollar general store just a block or so away and everyone there could smell gas. My shoes were soaked and my clothes were ruined. I called the circle k customer service number and they assured me that a district manager named Larry was going to call me back. Of course, he never did. The fact that they are so unconcerned makes me very angry. My daughter said she had the same thing happen to her at another gas station. This is a dangerous situation if somebody is smoking nearby. I'm going to attempt to get the footage from the gas station that day and pursue this further. read more

Horrible service, filthy, nothing works most of the time. Bring in a QT!! At least their stores are clean and counter help is pleasant.

I'm a Regular customer thay are a Multi billion dollar dollar company! that at this location at least don't have change for a $20 dollar bill I went in today and got a banana I needed two for my banana bread recipe forget to get one of the The store was so super crazy the lady was yelling in the store cash only card only totally confused I was because the lady was yelling so much confusing the customers on which payment to pay where I was able to get one banana and then I went out to my car left the rest of my money in the car and went in with another 20 because I forgot to get my other banana my fault sorry , that I had The manager was super rude and would absolutely not sell me the other banana because she said she will not break another 20 if you are a multi billion dollar company you should not have rude stuff especially rude managers you could literally hear her yelling all the way outside I am autistic I even own a business I would never treat a Customer that way why would someone refuse to Break A $20 bill and expect me to go outside and get the rest of my money from the other transaction that I just did you probably have over $1000 in your registers easily in ones and fives and tens why would you not break a $ 20 I will never go to this CIRCLE K again I almost left the store crying The store was chaotic and mismanaged not to mention dirty and disgusting read more

Every-time i go in here i look for items that are promotioned. I get my items and check out at the register. I am rang up at the wrong price for the 100th time.Tonight the manager was ringing me up and sure enough it was the wrong price for sure. I said it should not be that price it is wrong. She said you need your rewards card. I said no i don't the promo does not require the rewards card. I followed with if you see the promo over there... Boom i was interrupted with YOU DO NOT NEED TO TELL ME ANYTHING I WILL FIX IT!! Her eyes were filled with rage. O.o;. We walked over to the promo sign. Then i pointed at the promo and said see.. THEM BAM! She said YOU DO NOT NEED TO SHOW ME ANYTHING I CAN READ FOR MYSELF!! At this point I'm thinking she is being rude to me and i do not think that is right. The promo was simple buy 2 Powerades and get a polar pop for free. It was not required to scan the tag for the free item. I felt completely displeased with this experience. If this keeps happening to me being charged at the wrong price eveytime i will contacting weights and measures to explain my experience here. read more
