This truck gets packed at lunch but their service is very fast. They just raised prices but the food is great. The Carne asada was a bit tough. There wasn't a lot to the taste, (pretty one note) and in a very small dice that made it fall out of the tortilla. The wait was short, though the price was a bit high for a dish that didn't have anything to it. Maybe I shouldn't have ordered the Asada, but I wasn't impressed and I had asked what they recommend but didnt get any direction. Surprised by the line I see at this food cart most days, I wonder if there's something I am missing. Too bad Im not dying to eat here again. read more

Best Sonoran dogs in Arizona! They don't use cheap dogs and they really load them up. But the chimi's taste like they used old oil to fry them. Got an overtaste in the bean burros of that oil too, like they used it instead of lard to make the beans. Prices are in line with other food trucks but unfortunately the asada burros are smaller than other food trucks. They need to grill the yellow peppers that come with the Sonoran dogs otherwise they are just flavorless. Service is basic and super fast. Ok, we're driving back to Tucson from Phoenix on i10, and we missed breakfast so we're hungry on the short trip. Stopped in Marana to try this food truck. It has moved down the street to the baptist church as another Yelper mentioned. Good find! The lady was very friendly and helpful. We had the Sonoran dog and shared the Plaza Fries. The dog was served on a nice griddled bun, and the flavor of the bacon wrapped dog was good. (I had mine without jalapeños, and I think it would have been better with). My husband loved it. The fries were huge! We only ate half of them. They offered green and/or red sauce with the meal. We also got 2 Agua Frescas (bottled, not fresh) - mango and horchata. They were ICE cold. Mango had nice chunks of mango in it. The horchata was too watery and sweet for me. We sat at one of the 3 picnic benches provided. It was a perfect little find. TIP: I think it's CASH only, but I might be wrong. read more

Since I am from California, I definitely have high expectations of Mexican food, and let me say that this met and EXCEEDED those expectations. I ordered the chimichanga con Al Pastor $7. It came with crema, lettuce, and queso. My hubby ordered the Plaza fries ( French fries, carne asada, crema, y queso) 7$. The food came fast, it was hot, and it was fulfilling. If you're in the area, stop by and give them a try. I literally just ate there for the first time, and it was phenomenal. I've worked around the corner for 5 years, and never went there. I ordered three asada and chicken tacos, wrapped in corn tortillas, with green and red sauce. They threw in a large flour tortilla on top of it all, and it took me about 3 minutes to eat everything. Superbly cooked, not too salty, the salsas were amazing, and the tortilla was on point. It was super cheap, too. Each taco is $1.75. For the quality, that's a steal. I will be going back tomorrow...and probably every day after that. read more
