kaitlyn h and ali did such a great job serving us tonight! the ice cream was fantastic!

Went to Scrumdiddly for the first time yesterday. Kaitlyn was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ice cream is decent but nothing special. Excellent friendly service, a little on the pricey side probably because it's next to Dove Mountain. read more

This place should be ashamed and embarrassed to serve what they gave us tonight! We ordered medium cups and what their girls there gave us was barely a tiny kids cup. The server laughed when I asked about it and she said that the owners make them weigh the serving, which is totally normal and acceptable, except the weights that they require their help to stick to is a total joke and we all left oissed off. Not a good way to run a business that has much competition. I know times are tight. It goes both ways. We spent $17 for 3 of the tiniest jokes of ice cream and this place will be OOB soon if they don't change their ways. Don't insult your customers with the smallest serving size possible. GO TO HANDELS AND SEE WHAT A REAL IcE CREAM SHOP LOOKS LIKE. Sorry to have to right this ridiculous review but I'm pissed off!! read more

Scrumdiddly Ice Cream Shop - This is their medium cup. Absolute joke and we will never be back and will tell our friends. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Marana, Arizona

Inside, the decor is cute and smells like the shops in Disneyland that pump out a scent to entice you inside. If you're sensitive to that kind of thing, there's also benches outside to sit and enjoy. It's a very cute shopping center with lots of places to try before you get dessert. I ordered the iced latte-da, which was a great combination of coffee and chocolate. My one qualm is that something about the texture is off to me, but it doesn't affect taste at all. From their website, the reason appears to be due to it being "35-40% overrun, meaning there is one part air to every three parts cream". There's also a lot of other dietary options available, like vegan and gluten-free. Disclaimer: I am neither vegan nor gluten/free, so I make no claims there. read more

Awesome ice cream spot in Dove Mountain! They offer a fantastic selection of ice cream and stuffed cookies, so I had to try a cookie sundae. I went with a Nutella stuffed cookie with a scoop of the Fat Elvis, banana ice cream swirled with peanut butter ripple and chocolate chips. I topped it off with their waffle cone crumbles, which added a great crunch. The ice cream was high quality and super creamy. The shop itself has a fun and welcoming vibe, with bright pink decor, neon signs, and balloons. Service was nice too. I can't wait to go back! read more

The ice cream is good, not great. There is a nice selection to choose from. The people working there are fantastic and very friendly! There is no tipping allowed which was interesting for this type of business. It is a cute place in a strip mall at the NE corner of Tangerine and Dove Mountain. read more

This new ice cream shop was so cutely decorated. I love all the little details that brings this place to life. The server was very friendly, she assisted my family and I with every sample we wanted to try. All the flavors were simply delicious. I would love to come back again. read more

This is such a cute little place with really friendly staff and decent flavors. There's lots of indoor seating and unique offerings. I ordered the flavor Super Human, which was the perfect balance of flavor without being too sweet. I also ordered the Frosting Stuffed Birthday Cake cookie, which had the option to be heated up there or had the instructions to do so at home. Now I will say that I do think that it is a bit pricey, especially considering the quality and the fact that the scoops aren't as generous as some comparable locations. However, I think it's a great addition to the area, especially for those with younger kiddos, and I'm sure I'll be back! read more

The quality of the ice cream is so good! It's pretty expensive though. We went for my daughter's birthday and the staff member wished her happy birthday and then asked if we wanted sprinkles on her scoop. It was phrased in a way that she was offering sprinkles as a complimentary topping for her birthday, but she then charged us for it. Not a big deal, but felt misadvertised. read more

Cute new local spot. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. All 3 of them said hello when we walked in. It was a quiet Saturday afternoon and 3 people working seemed a little excessive. I saw the Dubai cookie on Instagram so that's what we went for. I sampled a few ice creams but they were too sweet for my taste. The cookie was huge, enough for 2 people. They warmed it up a little for us, and it was so fudgy like a brownie. As others mentioned, the prices here are pretty high. $6 for a cookie, kind of crazy but I'm glad we tried it. I prefer other ice cream shops close by so can't say I'd go back. read more

Great experience. When we walked in the door on Thursday night, we were asked if it was our first time there. It was, so the two young ladies proceeded to describe everything they had on offer, including the weekly special, the monthly special, the sampler dish, the new ice cream cakes, and the myriad of different flavors of ice cream that were available, along with an invitation to taste test any of the flavors. After sampling a couple of flavors, we made our choices. The ice cream was smooth and delicious! We will definitely be back. (Sorry, I forgot to take photos.) My only recommendation is that it would've been nice if there were several tables with chairs set up on the patio, instead of just one bench. read more

They do offer no sugar ice cream. But it doesn't taste as good as the regular ice cream, of course. It's on the pricey side, compared to all the ice cream places I've been. I can say, there is nothing they offer here, that I will be coming back to. The one scoop is not really worth the price we paid for...the guy who gave us our scoops sets the rating for this review. Aside for the cute fliwer balloons, and nice seating area. I am not sure about this place. read more

What a fun-themed ice cream shop! At first we were the only ones at the time but others came in and the tasting frenzy with all the people got to be somewhat distracting. The variety of flavors was great. Since it was still their grand opening, they were out of a few flavors. The scoops themselves were quite generous. We also got a chocolate chip Nutella cookie that we will heat up and enjoy for dinner dessert. Next visit will include the chocolate mint which is my go-to. read more

They have delicious ice cream here and the friendliest staff. It was new so I wasn't sure about the flavors and the person who was helping me was so patient and nice about letting me try the different flavors so I did not feel like I was missing out. There were also so many good flavors that I've gone back to try more of them. I had the Kitty Kitty Bang Bang which they describe as: Irresistibly smooth cheesecake ice cream mixed with a sweet raspberry ripple, Oreo cookies and soft chocolate chunks. Sweet, creamy, just the right amount of mix-ins, not overdone. Just really good stuff. There are tables so you can eat inside or lots of benches around the strip mall if you'd rather enjoy your treat outside. If you're in need a delicious chocolate fix, the zanzibar chocolate is sure to hit that spot for you. Next I'm going to try the rocky road! read more

I was very lucky to be staying with relatives very close to this ice cream shop on vacation. The gal working was very kind and let us try multiple flavors. So glad to finally see some local establishments like this one popping up on the NW area! Its a great addition to the Dove Mountain shopping plaza. I had to pick up an order next store and was pleasantly surprised to see this ice cream shop! I immediately told my husband about it and we decided to check it out later that evening. It's a fairly large establishment, lots of cute decor without being overwhelming. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and was prompt to greet us as soon as we walked in. They have some pretty unique ice cream flavors and we were able to sample as many as we wanted. I opted for one scoop of the Fat Elvis and one of the Munchie Madness. I REALLY liked the Fat Elvis. Reminded me a bit of Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey. It wasn't overly sweet, and had a nice balance of the flavors. The Munchie Madness was unfortunately a bit too much for both my husband and I. The best part - they have dog friendly ice cream! I'll definitely be back with my fur kids and to try their classic flavors! read more

Such a great addition to the Dove Mountain center! This new cute ice cream shop is fun and it has an amazing assortment of the creamiest ice cream around! What a GREAT FIND! I am kind of an ice cream connoisseur and this ice cream was incredible. The flavor, the texture, amazing.
