The parking lot was very busy, and hard to maneuver. This will likely deter me returning to this location in the later afternoon/evening, but I imagine parking is easier in the morning. Upon entering, I noticed lots of cozy seating and work stations as those are the most used reasons to visit a coffee shop. My boyfriend was nestled in a couch like seating with a coffee table. Definitely perfect for him waiting for me to pick him up when I finished work. He remarked about the records on the wall, and lots of the decor as it was a cutesy coffee shop. For my coffee beverage, I ordered a flat white as it's a good indicator of a decent coffee shop. Happy to report they passed the raw sugar test (put raw sugar on top and quality foam should hold up the sugar). They have great espresso and use one of the best espresso machines I've seen at coffee shops (La Marzocco). Loved the flavor and the foam was divine! Definitely return here for the coffee alone as it's worth braving the parking lot.

It was delightful and distinct with the date syrup and rose water. Next time I would choose almond milk because the oatmilk (+1. ) overpowered the delicate rose notes. To my surprise, gluten free food options were available at this non chain business. A chocolate chip almond cookie, peppermint bark cheesecake and an almond cake all tempted me. I went with the almond cake and enjoyed the fresh, moist, sweet treat that was topped with toasted slivered almonds. Winner. Even though I think the tab was a tad high for a morning coffee break ($16.36) I would return. I enjoyed my time here while observing the local patrons interact neighborly with each other. The homey community vibe oozed throughout this cafe which Starbucks doesn't provide. A charming cafe that seats 35 patrons inside and approximately 18 people outside. Stop on by.

A solid add to The Tuke for caffeine and/or calm vibes. I read an article about Hadas in our local…read morepaper and put them on my radar. Recently I was in need of a weekday afternoon boost and decided to check them out. The menu is fairly simple- single origin Ethiopian coffee in different versions to drink, and some snacks. The owner was super nice to explain what differentiates Ethiopian coffee than others... even gave me a hot shot of espresso to take to go with my iced coffee! As someone who basically drinks one cup a day, I definitely felt the caffeine in my blood the rest of my afternoon ::insert twitchy eye::. Definitely way less bitter than my usual iced coffee... and more potent. Hadas is in a former day spa in the northwest corner shopping plaza of Elliot and 48th much closer to Cactus Jack's than 48th St. They offer wifi and chill vibes for those who want to study/work. Would be a nice spot to meetup with friends too! Hope more people check them out and keep caffeinated by them!

Pretty nice new coffee place but probably won't come back again…read more Two girls working there were super friendly. They recommended me the dirty Thai tea and I liked it. however, it almost took 20 mins to get the avocado ham toast ready. Actually I initially ordered avocado turkey toast but they did NOT have turkey. Later on I found out there were no napkins. They gave me a bunch of napkins afterwards which is very nice. Generally, I think they have the positive energy and friendly service. However, somehow I don't think they are fully ready for the business.
