The mug was really cool and AZ themed, so I had to get it. I picked out some of the cake slices as well as some baked goods! I also ordered the Vietnamese coffee drink and added sea salt and brown sugar. It was delicious but definitely on the sweeter side. I think I would skip the brown sugar next time. When I arrived, they were out of the Berry Tales on the floor which are my favorite. I asked if they had any made in the back and it turns out they'd recently made a fresh batch and were letting them cool. Assunta got me a couple of those and then helped ring up my order. She was very very nice and gave me an extra slice of cake. When I mentioned they were for a birthday, she also gave me some candles and birthday chocolates to put on top. I really appreciated this and can't thank her enough for going the extra mile to provide such awesome service! I love 85, Especially this location in Chandler. Definitely check it out sometime.

This is a coffee shop…read morethat knows exactly who it is, and by truly being themselves, they've built something special. The counter is covered in stickers from coffee spots all over, so you can tell this crew has been around and built real relationships along the way. They're sourcing from Intelligentsia, so the coffee itself is dialed in from the start. There's also a community board by the counter, full of local business cards and notices. It tells you this isn't just a coffee shop, it's a hub for the neighborhood. They even put out a newsletter to keep people plugged into what's happening around the shop. That's one I haven't seen in a while - these things take time and heart to put together...so well done guys The menu is where it gets fun, especially the summer menu. Somebody clearly had a blast putting these drinks together. Looking around, the café is this unique blend of styles and tastes, and that blend just works...beautifully so. I grabbed an espresso and just enjoyed the energy of the place. There's a wall of records with a story behind it you'll have to go in and hear for yourself, and the vintage art scattered throughout ties the whole space together. This is what a truly grounded and authentic coffee shop looks like. Loved it - and will be back. Well worth the visit.

The shop is unique and comfortable. It has multiple different types of chairs setups and has a lot of tables. Additionally the shop has conference rooms that you can utilize. Something fun about this shop is that they have a book library (take one, leave one). I ordered a hot la Guera Dirty Chai with oatmilk, and the only regret I have is that I didn't get a large! This chai is perfectly spiced and the espresso mixed perfectly balanced with the chai. I definitely recommend this drink, it is a gift wrapped on a bow (literally)!

I tend to avoid Vegan restaurants as tree nuts are heavily used, but this location has been a great compromise of offering both vegan and dairy products (serving whole milk versus cream). Though the space is not the largest, the cafe has plenty of seating and has strong, free wifi. I was greeted upon entering and after taking a few moment to explore the menu, I decided on an almond milk latte with honey and cinnamon and a Southwestern breakfast bowl. The breakfast bowl was packed with eggs, black beans, green chillies, onions, bell peppers, potatoes, cheese, and topped with pico and avocado. I requested it to go thinking I wouldn't be able to finish it, so they placed chillies, pico, and avocado on the side. The bowl was delicious and filling! The latte was also solid. The pastries were tempting, but the bowl and latte were more than enough to fill me up. I'll have to come back for those!
