I never shop at Sprouts, but was on the hunt for this specific sparkling water/"mindful" beverage and according to the website, Sprouts was supposed to have the best selection. This Sprouts did in fact have the drink, in at least 5 different flavors. There were a lot of other items I don't usually see in other stores that I decided to grab and try out. This store was very clean and well stocked. I asked someone for help and they were really nice. It was not very busy when I went in after work on a Thursday. I would definitely come back here if I was on the hunt for fun, interesting snacks and drinks. read more

I have to give a huge 5-star shoutout to Mandy in the bakery at Sprouts! Every time I stop by, she is incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly takes pride in what she does. It's rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, and Mandy absolutely does. And the big chunk cookies... WOW. They are hands-down some of the best cookies I've ever had--perfectly soft, packed with flavor, and generously loaded with chunks in every bite. You can really tell the quality and care that goes into making them. If you're shopping at Sprouts, do yourself a favor and swing by the bakery--grab a cookie (or a few) and say hi to Mandy. You won't regret it! I do wish they had lemon pound cake though. read more

If you ever need a mid-week pick-me-up, let me introduce you to the magic that is Wednesday at Sprouts. It's Double Ad Wednesday which means your wallet gets to feel better. On Wednesdays, you'll usually find me wandering the aisles with a cart full of produce I didn't plan on buying but the sales convinced me otherwise. Their fruits and veggies are consistently fresh, and I love being able to stock up without feeling guilty about the price. And while the sushi specials are definitely a crowd pleaser, I'm really here for their rotisserie chicken. Sprouts rotates flavors and spices, and you can genuinely taste the difference. It costs more than Fry's, sure, but it also tastes like someone actually cared when they seasoned it. Zero complaints. Between the produce deals, the fun specialty items, and the mid-week savings party, Sprouts has become one of my go-to grocery stops. Whether you're grabbing veggies, snagging your quinoa and wild rice, or picking up dinner because you don't feel like cooking, Wednesday is the day to go. So yes: Come for the shishito peppers. Stay for the Double Ad deals. Leave with a chicken you absolutely didn't plan on buying (but no regrets). read more

We have tried Sprout's sandwiches, sushi and smoothies now. Overall staff is always friendly and I love the fact we can try the pasta salads before purchasing. Their multigrain bread is very dry and I wouldn't get it again, next time I will try another option. We have had a few smoothies now and they are all tasty, but not very sweet. Definitely healthier using agave as a sweetener but just ask for extra if you need. The fruits and additives always taste fresh. We enjoy the $5-6 sushi Wednesdays. It's helpful when you are on a budget. Plenty of options, but very basic rolls to choose from. read more

On Wednesdays, this Sprouts has a Sushi Special: $5.00 sushi rolls! Of course, it's for selected rolls: krispy krab, krab salad, spicy California, California, crunchy shrimp, Philadelphia, spicy, and veggie rolls. While I can't exactly say I take advantage of their sushi specials, I do like to pop into this location for their rotisserie chicken. It costs more than Fry's but Sprouts has different flavors for their chicken which I quite enjoy. So yeah! This is my favorite Sprouts. It is always extremely clean, orderly, calm, and well stocked. I'm not even kidding, it's my favorite place to shop, it's never overwhelmingly crowded and it always looks to be in top shape. Everyone is extremely kind and looks happy to be there. I've been going to this location for over 20 years, but it's getting frustrating. No matter what day or time I go they always seem to be stocking, which is awesome to have full shelves, but not so awesome to have nearly every aisle blocked when you're trying to shop. Also, they've started bagging up some bulk items like it's covid again. The candy and chocolate aren't pre-bagged yet, but I guess I won't be buying bulk nuts and dried fruit anymore to make my own trail mix. read more

I come for the sandwiches which are always stacked high and at a good price. The produce is fresh and fair priced too. Their grocery selection is supposed to be healthy but they have a good mix of snacks. This location is always clean but service is sometimes slow or they don't acknowledge you. read more

Food is expensive and they have mold and cashier asked if I need a bag... and they charged you for bag now. We're in Arizona. Not in Hawaii. I'm going to file a sue sprouts for charging me bag fees. I was shocked when cashier asked me "do you need a bag?". They shouldn't be questioning to customers because there's a lot of groceries and what you gonna help me carry it to my car and go home with me and help me carry it to my house? Bad customer service. Today is the official grand opening of the new Sprouts located at the corner of Eliott and Rural. Honestly it's like going into just about any other Sprouts store so you know what to expect. Fresh produce was everywhere along with helpers who are offering up snacks and goodies to sample throughout the store, and while leaving instead of getting a plastic bag you're getting a nice go green bag complements of the store. Thankful that this is another great option as far as groceries in my neighborhood and looking forward to coming back. The only downside is the parking lot as the parking lines seem a little bit small and I expect to see a lot of door dings but other than that pretty busy steady flow to read more

I do not shop frequently at Sprouts, but occasionally, I go for specific items. On this occasion, I went to purchase Applegate deli meat because it was on sale (buy one get one 50% off). I purchased a few other items, but the main items I went for were the deli meats. After I was given my receipt, I noticed that the sale was not applied. I asked the cashier, Cathy (who I believe was a manger because her shirt was blue) if the deli meat was on sale. Her response was, "I DON'T KNOW." She did not offer to ask someone to go look or even bother looking at the weekly ad. Thankfully, there was another employee, Naomi, helping bag groceries, and she offered to help me and go look if the items were on sale. I went with Naomi to show her where the items were. There was another employee stocking, and Naomi asked if the items were on sale. The gentleman said he did not know. I'm not sure how two employees did not know what sales were being offered. I had to show Naomi the sale signs by the products. Naomi was the one who helped me get the correct sale price and refund. I was disappointed by the lack of knowledge from two employees and the lack of wanting to help not just myself but their coworker. I will not be returning to this Sprouts, which was my first time at this particular Sprouts. read more

Today, the service was extra great -- Assean checked us out, and I was super impressed with his efforts to make conversation with all the customers... and not in a "forced" way either. Love love love our new neighborhood Sprouts! It's amazing- so clean, staff are so nice and helpful, they have the freshest produce! And found my new favorite cereal of all time! "Love Crunch" comes in 3 flavors - Dark Chocolate Macaroon, Raspberry (and i forget the other one). I fear the price is a bit eye popping at first $5.99 a box, but the flavor is pure perfection, it's organic, and for every box you buy the company donates the equal amount back to Bite4bite up to $million dollars a year. I dropped by just to pick up a few things i saw online that you carry and other stores don't. Because I'm not a shopper here I don't have my phone number registered to have allowance for the sales; I asked politely the cashier and woman next to me if either one would let me use a phone number to receive sale prices and both of them said "NO". Now, i understand protocol wise, the cashier did her job so this review means nothing to management as far as her performance goes. I can respect that. But to be a human being and decline helping another person save money, especially in this economy, exemplifies selfish and (sorry) snobby character. Have some decency and compassion for others. Shopping at Sprouts is my jam. As an aging millennial, grocery shopping is one of those things that I've come to look forward to. Oh god, I guess I'm officially old af. Anyway, this newer location is the best! So spacious and clean, plus extra perks like their fresh sushi and sandwich counters that other locations lack. You can even get poke bowls made for you! To compare, I've always gone to the one on Dobson and Ray - not only is that intersection, plaza, and parking lot always nightmarishly busy, but the store is smaller and more crowded as well. This new location is slightly further for me, but the extra minutes spent driving is worth it to avoid the crowds and park in peace. Sprouts always has great sales and I love going on Wednesday as the current and previous week's sales overlap. Produce and meat are often better quality than at the big grocery chains, and there's good prices on stuff like non dairy milks, deli meats and cheeses, and bulk snacks. Holy crap!!! I don't know why I haven't stopped at this sprouts sooner! I'm a creature of habit and loyal to a fault, for nine plus years I have been shopping at the same sprouts. This changes now! This location is fairly new- I think just over a year since it opened. The location is beautiful, clean, larger, great layout, and so much more prepared foods selection. I've been a regular shopper at this location since it opened. It's a very convenient location with lots of parking in the shopping center. The store is always very clean and the workers seem happy for the most part. (More on that in a bit.) Today I went shopping for just fruits and veggies. I love the selection and early in the morning it's not very busy. For me being older, I prefer fewer people with COVID in our midst. The fruits and veggies are always fresh, fresh, fresh! There is a huge selection of organic produce, which I rarely get but here that's what prevalent, so I get it. The guys stocking the fruits and veggies were pleasant, chatting with one another while they worked, one was singing softly to a song on the PA. Two of the workers said good morning. That was nice. After filling my cart, I head to check out. I've seen the cashier several times before. His tag says head, or lead cashier. He doesn't ever seem to be in a very good mood. I tried to chat but no response. I don't know about you but, when I speak nicely to someone, I expect somewhat of a response. It's just good to be pleasant, don't you think?
