This is our second favorite local WinCo location. We usually hit the one by our house but if we go to another store in the area, it is the Willis store. For a little while we would drive the few extra miles because they still had baked chicken while the other store's kitchen was having issues. Things are laid out a bit differently, but they have all of the same products we know and love. They also have sushi which is an added bonus. The employees are super nice, friendly, and helpful. My wife loves to buy from their bulk area. She's always using the ingredients to make us something awesome in the kitchen. Cash or debit and bag it yourself - keeps you out of debt and you can't blame anyone else for squishing your loaf of bread so, bag carefully. read more

I love this winco I know when you have a chain you think they are all alike. But this store always has baked chicken in the deli. That's a huge plus. And they have sushi deals on Wednesday. I keep forgetting this store is open 24 hours, so after a fun evening out I stopped in to grab my morning coffee. My budget doesn't allow Starbucks for the rest of the year--unless I win freebies on their Christmas game app This is honestly the best time to shop. The staff are refilling shelves, it's quiet and peaceful, and everything is easy to find. Who knew? I'll definitely start coming here in the middle of the night when I can't sleep to grab snacks now that I remember their 24-hour policy. The self-checkout is fast--quick in and out, just how I like it. Plus, there's plenty of parking onsite. Btw, shout out to the guy working in self checkout this late. Thanks for your politeness. Winco has jams and lots of other items for sale. You can also purchase lots of different hot sauces and salsas. They also have yogurt and cooking oil for purchase. They also have spices like ground cloves available to shoppers to buy. They have a wide variety of products including applesauce that is individually packed. They sell beans, including black beans and garbanzo beans. The beans can be found as low sodium in addition to regular sodium. They also sell canned salmon. You can find dried cranberries there as well. I sometimes pick up tortillas there to make burritos later. I also found keebler cookies there too for purchase. Lots of sour creams available to buy. They have store brand and non store brand of sour cream. Lots of options. It is a good place to shop. The aisles are wide. There is self service available. I like the self service check out at the end. It is one of the many grocery stores my family shops at. read more

I like to shop at Fry's and Albertson's and Winco. I've had nothing but good experiences at this Winco location the last few years. (Though with my luck, I'll probably jinx it by saying so! LOL I love clean, neat, WELL stocked grocery stores. Winco offers a diverse range of brands, bakery, service deli, seafood counter, frozen dept, sushi station, toiletries, pet food, liquor, kitchen essentials, seasonal items, self-serve filtered water service and great produce. One highlight for me is their bulk department. When in need of a spice or nut that I don't usually purchase, it is a cost effective way to try new items. While they may not have a pharmacy or the use of credit cards the lower prices and the acceptance of cash or debit makes up for it. The full service and self check outs offer complimentary paper or plastic grocery bags. I leave a happy shopper. :) read more

I like shopping here, good value excellent produce at a good price. I do have to use my debit card and I'm not always prepared to do that so I have to make some adjustments, but that's part of getting the best price is not having to pay the credit card 3 to 5%. read more

Yesterday morning at 10am., we were shopping at WinCo & I asked a Spanish Gentleman for 4 fried wings & 2 baked wings, he proceeds to tell me that I could only buy 2 & 2 that he had to keep enough for a family dinner, I have never heard of such a policy in my 63 years of life. I shop here sporadically only because one leg doesn't like me shopping too long, so I usually know what I want and get the items w/o too much browsing. When I can't reach something, I flag down an employee and they've been more than helpful even if they need to get a ladder. I've never had a rude checkout person either. I always have a cane in my cart and if they see it, they'll tell me I can leave heavy stuff in the cart and they can scan it in there. I bought something there a few days ago-a terrific price on a soda [item and I bought 24. Called them this morning to see if it was still on sale-whoever answered had to check, because item was in the vestibule of the store. Took him a few minutes, apologized for the delay, and told me it was still at the sale price. Want to go back and buy more. Hate to have to pack my own groceries, but I assume this saves us money in the long run. Overall, I don't have any complaints about the store. read more

Tucked away in a back corner near the 202 this location sits. From outside it looks a bit rundown and parking lot needs some upkeep. Inside looks like your typical Winco . The layout was a bit different than others I've been to, but still easy to find everything. Store was clean and a few employees even offered to help us. The people who work here make shopping here a pain. Today I was harassed by another customer who seemed to be dealing with a psychosis and instead of the people who work here, being professional, the "Assistant Manager" Allie decided to harass and engage me with Reactive Abuse for the remainder of my shopping trip. As much as I like saving money, I would prefer shopping in peace so this will be my last visit as it's obvious this store attracts and employees people who are combative, argumentative and looking to fight. Allie the "Assistant Manager", followed me around. She asked me why I was looking at her a particular way during a conversation, she also accused me of being sarcastic after I thanked her for all of her help and a wonderful shopping experience. I could tell it was taking all of her strength in that moment to keep her composure despite her unprofessional comments are demeanor which to me is a sign maybe she maybe get some help, that way customers can feel safe in WinCo. read more

I was starting to come here quite often for non-produce stuff. I decided to try out the salmon but the guy at the counter was extremely rude. He didn't greet me, which is honestly fine. But he yelled "What do you want?" When I asked him how he was doing. I told him the salmon and he didn't even ask which piece I wanted so he threw one that was balled up in the plastic bag. When I got home, it smelled rancid. I had to make a trip to Sprouts which had the salmon for the exact same price. No weird smells and it was packaged nicely. The experience is night and day and I was asked which piece of salmon I wanted. Next time, I know better. I probably won't be going back at all now. My review is going to be on employee June is her name who is not approachable not very nice either she was working checkout when I came to check myself out with my family asked me if I had 13 items I told her I have about five items at least and that my other family member had ten but we were paying separately because I couldn't push a cart so I put all my stuff in hers she told us that was not allowed and that I needed to be prepared and I need to have my items in my hand and not in the cart there was two customers using self check out that was standing there watching June yell at me like I'm one of her kids embarrassing me for five items in a cart even though my family member and I used different registers told me this is winco rules that I need to follow if I want to shop here again. Employee owners need a reminder that there are many other options within 2 miles of this store. Walmart, Aldi, Target, Fry's, Albertsons, Sprouts, Safeway and soon Trader Joe's! I bought 2 items I needed to return. One, Almond milk. I misread the label grabbing Unsweetened vanilla wanting unsweetened without vanilla. Bought Premier Protein Cake Batter that make me sick. One container missing of a 4 pack. Because of a crazy work schedule I came to the store 2 days after purchase at 7:30pm. Waited at customer service for 10 mins. All cashiers saw me standing there. No one told me customer service closed at 7. There was a sign there that read, "Yes, we are open". So, I waited. Went to self checkout guy and asked if I could get some help. He said it's closed. I mentioned how the sign said it was open. Fast forward to the next morning, I waited at customer service for another good 10 mins. Cashiers were busy but saw me. And I noticed an employee doing something by a closed register. Clearly saw me standing there but took her sweet time with whatever that was as I waited. No name on tag, it read "Lead Cashier". She told me saw my return and called for a manager. That manager spoke to lead cashier and said, we don't take perishable back. And questioned my return of the protein drink. This 2 item transaction took about 15 mins. There was side conversation not related to this transaction that slowed it down. Just no respect for my as a customer whatsoever. There are so many references to "employee owned" at this store. I don't see the pride in most of my employees interactions. I'll shop elsewhere. read more

I'm not sure if each WinCo has the same selection, but this location's bulk section was really nice! They had a very diverse array of candy, healthy snacks, grains, dried fruit, nuts, and flours just to name a few items. Prices were fair and lower than the bulk section at Sprouts for items I was looking for. The rest of the store is just average. It has all your basic type supplies like you'd see at a regular grocery store but with a setup that looks more like Costco in some areas, with stacked items on top of each other. Like all WinCos, this one doesn't accept credit card, only check, debit and cash. You also have to bag your own grocery items. I also didn't know this until recently, but all the WinCos here are open 24 hours! read more

I rarely write a review just off of one visit, but I'm foregoing my personal preference for this deal house in the supermarket space. We all know the cost of food has risen; thus, my deal looking self decided to stop here with my beautiful wife to check it out. WinCo reminded me of the Woodman's employee owned stores in the Milwaukee area. No membership fees, but note they only accept cash, check, and debit. I suppose avoiding the processing fees help trim prices. The store was impeccably clean. Produce department was fresh with a broad selection of fruits and veggies-- even some that can't be found elsewhere. I was impressed and found the prices beat other big box grocery stores. You'll find a huge bulk candy selection, large baked goods and meat department, along with other household items like lightbulbs and the like. The staff was cordial and ensured my first shopping experience was great. It's not too far from home and worth the extra minutes when I'm stocking the pantry. read more

Not only are their prices on point but their produce is fresh and their staff is always friendly/ready to help you with finding an item you need. The place is huge so don't be afraid to ask for help! One of the biggest draws for me is the selection. Nowhere else (not even Walmart) will you find such a selection of foods and flavors. Pumpkin spice Quaker oatmeal? No problem. Shasta soda? Yup. It's so refreshing to walk into a brightly lit, cleaner then clean grocery store and as an added bonus to be surrounded by employees that are eager to help you find what you need. I spent 45 minutes wandering around and shopping yesterday and had a great experience finding awesome food for reasonable prices. Again prices are just right and the items whether they were the pre packaged salads or the sushi, were neatly packaged and tasty looking. Got home and ate my super duper Cobb salad (enough for two servings) and fresh Gata raisin bread and was delighted with the quality of the food. So happy I live near this gem of a place. read more

Customer service has gone downhill soon much! I used to love this store. This is the second bad experience I've had and I'm tired of giving my money to stores that don't appreciate me! I had to hunt someone down to help me at the customer service desk. When the young guy came he didn't even greet me or apologize for the wait! He didn't know what he was doing at all. He had to call over an older gentleman to help which took an additional 10 minutes. Really?!? Nobody has time for this!!! I won't be back here. I'll go to Walmart which is closer. I'm updating my review of this place. The more I visit the more I appreciate Winco. I keep coming back for a reason so it deserves 4 stars instead of 3. The bad: they don't accept credit cards, inventory is moved frequently and workers don't always know where things are located, certain items are limited in offerings, selection and price vary weekly. The good: open 24 hours, prices on certain items is far cheaper than other stores (Pine nuts, almond butter, lunch meat, eggs), they have certain items that you will be hard pressed to find elsewhere (pigs feet, corn tortillas without a bunch of preservatives), and they pretty much have at least 1 brand of anything you are looking for. Overall it's a good store, but as a where-house it lacks conviviality. read more

This was our first time at this WinCo and we were not disappointed! Excellent Customer service!! The store is clean, bright and easy to navigate. If we lived closer to this one we would shop here. We really like "our" WinCo on Arizona Avenue and Baseline though as well. When the big chain stores shelves are near empty of certain products we can nearly always find the products we need at WinCo. So that is one of the reasons we have switched to WinCo for almost all of our shopping. read more

This store kinda sucks...very limited selection of items, especially if you're dairy free. I came here in hopes of getting a late night snack...cashew milk ice cream but they don't carry it. Practically every grocer in town carries this now...all Winco has is coconut milk ice cream and only two or three flavors. Kind of annoying. The store was neat and tidy, which is nice...just wish they carried more variety especially with a 24-hour Walmart a hop, skip, and a jump away. read more

The team leader and manager at this location are so rude! We tried to purchase an item off the shelf and the team leader came over and snatched it away from the cashier. The cashier told us they couldn't sell it because it wasn't on file. The rude team leader left us waiting without explanation or anything. There were three more on the shelf so I grabbed another one and asked for a manager. Same rude woman comes over and says no. I ask for her manager and explain there is more on the shelf and a tag on the shelf with a price. She takes the rest off the shelf and the tag and says no. Really? You put merchandise out, but then refuse to sell it? No one cared that I waited around for more than 15 minutes with my groceries for this disaster. No one said I'm sorry. Hands down my favorite grocery store! This employee run business really goes out of their way for customers. Prices are very low with a large amount of variety in all items. They have all the typical grocery sections, but winco also has a bulk area (love) and a sushi station! The entire place is always super clean and well stocked and there's plenty of parking in lot. I recommend bringing your own bags as customer must bag their own items. I think the savings from baggers are reasons they can keep prices so low! They recently introduced a new online couponing system that works really well- take advantage of the savings! read more
