The doctor writes a prescription for the next 3 months and dates the separate prescriptions accordingly. But the pharmacy either has to order the medication in, which seems to take an inordinate amount of time, or the staff finds some nebulous error that clears up after repeated calls. We got a message today that said that the order had come in and we could pick up the prescription. I had other errands to do, so put Walgreens last. They STILL needed "an hour" because the order had "Just come in". If it weren't for the fact that Walgreens has the contract for our Medicare supplement, we would be getting prescriptions elsewhere. C'mon, Walgreens, pull it together.

Adult son had surgery this morning which is Friday. Kept receiving txt msgs all day that there was an issue with his insurance and they would contact him when it was resolved. After several hours he is now in extreme pain. Can't talk because of the surgery he had and can't drive for 24 hours. It is getting late so I finally called to find out what the issue was. Recording said be right with me with 3 calls ahead of me, then 2, then 1 call ahead of me. On hold for 45 minutes. Drove there with no calls ahead of me, now on hold for an hour. Walk in still on hold with NO ONE IN LINE. One car at the window. Two techs working the drive up and inside window. Tech said she had been "extremely" busy. Really, you can't answer one call for an hour??? Then don't have a message that says you will be right with me!!! I finally figured out that the calls ahead of me most likely hung up after being on ignore. Find out there was no issue with his insurance they just needed to know if he was taking any other Rx's that would interact with pain medication he was prescribed. REALLY! No one called him and no one answers the phone when you call them. All this time we are thinking there was a problem with his insurance and they would contact him when it was resolved. IT NEVER WOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED BECAUSE THERE WASN'T A PROBLEM WITH HIS INSURANCE. My son was in extreme pain all day unnecessarily because NO ONE answers the phone and they send out inaccurate messages that are false.

I watched the place a few night from across the road in the gravel lot and seen a half dozen vehicles pull in go to the pumps, get out, look around; not at the price, but at the number of people hanging around, and the got in their vehicles and left. I cannot understand why Roberts allows this....do cycles purchase that much fuel, I would imagine a lot of candy bars, cigarettes, etc, but fuel? I doubt it. And I wonder, are those cigarettes they are smoking? Yes, I could call the PV police; however, we all know who live in PV, the PV police are not, shall I say, the greatest PD. Sad part is if they did come out and hang around outside or Roberts, they could write a dozen or so ticket for excessive noise and speeding. I paid $45 for gas at the self-checkout, but when I went to pump, no gas came out. Naturally, I was upset. Joel, who was the only employee present, told me to cancel the transaction and assured me the money would be refunded to my account. I waited, but the refund never appeared. When I followed up with him, he responded with an attitude and said, "Well, it isn't instantaneous." I then asked if he could apply the payment to a different pump, but he claimed he couldn't. After waiting a bit longer, I called and asked to speak to a manager--he said he was the manager. I told him, "I need gas. I already paid. What am I supposed to do?" and shockingly, he replied, "Do you not have any money left?" His customer service was terrible, and his attitude was completely unprofessional. In the end, I had to pay another $45 just to get gas--on top of the $45 I had already paid.
