I've never had this issue before at Wawa, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way Alexis handled the situation. Her attitude was completely unacceptable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere..... Alexis is an employee with a NASTY attitude. I had the store coupon and the newport coupon (manufacturing coupon) as I do at every Wawa. It takes me a min to open the apps, find the coupons and turn my card from being locked. She she then proceeds to tell me I can't use that coupon. I buy my cigarettes with the double coupons at every wawa I have never experienced this. So I showed it to her and i told her it does work because it already deducted the $3.00 so how didn't it work? So she said something under her breath And walked to the other register to help the long line behind me but times are hard it's the first day of school and I am broke. Sorry I made a line for you, but it's not like u wouldn't have to check them out anyways. She sucked her teeth as she walked over and I said you don't have to an attitude about it. And she came back and took the newports back from me as I'm paying for them. And wouldn't give them back. After I used both my coupons and paid so I yelled for someone to come help me Bcuz now you're stealing from me. I had already paid and was pulling my card out. I was then told by her co worker or boss idk that we can't use two coupons but that isn't true because the system allows you and this is the first time I have ever heard that at any Wawa and I go there everyday. Her name is Alexis and she doesnt need to work with the public. She I guess thought what she was doing was ok to treat someone like that. It's NOT and if u don't know how to do your job u need to get some more training. I am disgusted with her attitude she literally has ruined my morning ontop of everything else. We went this evening to this location for Wawa…read more Wawa if I was to compare this to something back home in Canada it would be like an On The Run at Esso gas stations that have Tim Hortons that offers coffee, sandwiches, etc. However, here's where they are slightly better than what we have They have self serve coffee....they have coffee stations you can fill your coffee up with and various creamers and milks you can put in your coffee.....I like this option cause if you are needing to get moving and don't have time to wait in a drive thru or a lineup you can just grab your coffee and go ..... They have a self serve food ordering station similar to how Costco has it where you order your food and then grab it from the counter.....I like that as well as it will cut down on time ordering at the counter They have everything you need here from snacks, and drinks to even alcoholic drinks like beer, etc Staff was super friendly here too Overall this gas station chain here has everything you need and I hope their concept of what a gas station should be will rub off a bit more in Canada Fresh donuts and muffins are packaged where you can get them from a self serve station

I assume this guy or the insurance company is not legit , they couldn't even tell me the name of the company. Every time I try to call , I am told I'm speaking with the manager, who is a guy named Aaleen, when in fact my bf spoke to a lady that is the manager here ... it has been tough to get ahold of her. If action isn't taken soon , we will be forced to sue. I have tried being patient and nice, but this is horrible for a business to neglect an issue that was caused by their machine and to take no responsibility for.
