Great 7 Eleven right next to the beach. Friendly, professional, and well stocked. We were greeted as we walked in.

I went here on a Friday morning and wow, was it busy! I would say that it's definitely a hotspot…read moreand people love the coffee here. There was everyone from local locals to tourists stopping in! I snagged a spot out on the patio to work and sip on my sugar-free vanilla latte and a cranberry orange muffin - both of which were great! There's not much seating indoors with the line circling around the space. There's a bar seating area along the front window with four seats, but not really an option to sit there when it's very busy. They do plenty of outdoor seating and seating on the screened in patio.

Upon arriving, there was a very long line wrapping around inside and out the door. I waited about 30 minutes in line, but didn't have to wait too long for the coffee to be ready once I ordered. They offer a wide variety of flavors for their coffee, but unfortunately most of those flavor syrups are not housemade. I asked which ones were, and ordered one that uses a housemade sauce (the seasonal cookie butter latte). It was tasty, though I felt that the coffee was a little bitter and the cookie butter flavor didn't come through very much. The cold foam on top was also not very thick, but it was still creamy. It was not bad by any means but I just have other coffee shops in the area that I prefer.

This is my favorite local coffee shop in Seminole, FL!…read more We always order the signature banana mocha with oat milk, and my favorite seasonal drinks are the coconut banana and the Summer Samoan. It's truly some of the best coffee around, and I love that they roast their own coffee beans and use homemade syrups. The service makes it even better, the staff are so kind and welcoming every time. The ambiance is what really pulls it all together, it's quaint, cozy, and the perfect place to hang out, play trivia, or read. And the music is always a vibe, lots of Fleetwood Mac (I might be biased). 5/5 will always come back whenever I stop for the beach!

Service was phenomenal - so genuinely friendly. They also roast their own beans btw :) A little pricey for the drinks, though, and I felt the flavor of one of their specialty lattes was quite weak [could barely taste the hazelnut/mocha flavor *sniff*]. The space was really small and gets packed, so not so much a place to linger and work -- even when factoring outside seating. However, if you're in the area, it's good spot to come grab a bite and a specialty latte to go -- specially as there are no other good local, comparable options I've tried.

Found this hidden gem and I am so grateful that I did . I traveled from Lakeland to Seminole High…read moreschool for a baseball tournament & this spot was only 6 mins away. The reviews were spot on . I love matcha and I will say the strawberry matcha I ordered was the best matcha I have ever had. I am a little picky with my matcha , I don't like it overly sweet or watery. And this one had the right amount of sweetness & consistency! I also ordered the brown butter banana muffin and it was just as delicious. From the staff, the items I ordered, to the atmosphere of the shop everything was a 10/10 ! I just wish it was closer to me . lol

For so long…read morethis coffee shop would come up in my nearby searches but it took me getting a coupon to go (should've went sooner)! This small business was so kind to offer discounts to teachers, so of course I had to come and get my coffee deal! Upon stopping in all of the workers were super sweet and making great small talk! They told me about all the small business vendors that come in the calendar they put out! We just missed the sourdough vendor on a Saturday! I can't wait to come back and see all the other vendors! I ordered a coconut coffee that was pretty good, but a little bit on the sweet. I suggest shaking and stirring your coffee a lot before drinking if you order this because the syrup or coconut flavoring sit to the bottom. Inside, it's a pretty small coffee shop but plenty of room to sit and work if you wanted. It's also in a strip mall near a bunch of other things you might need, but it is kind of tucked away so you might not see it. Overall, can't wait to come back and try another coffee.
