GOOD COFFEE, SNACKS & SPACIOUS LOCATION! Sanderson's Circle K has a huge refrigeration section with cold drinks (alcohol, soft drinks, juice etc.). I can always count on solid fountain drinks that don't taste watered down and an abundance of French vanilla coffee. I usually don't drink my coffee hot, but I allow it when I'm here! The coffee never tastes stale and it's perfectly sweet. I usually stop by this Circle K late at night after long road trips. The gas station food isn't half bad, I'm a sucker for a sweet treat. Service is fine, nothing special. My experience here is purely transactional. As for gas, the slots are never jam-packed. It gets busy but thanks to the inclusion of more gas stations in the area, we have a good flow here. There's trash cans, window cleaners, and diesel provided at this location. Need a car wash? There's one here too. If you're heading to out of town, this is one of the last few gas stations before reaching Ramona. read more

After Googleing whether this station gave discounts on car wash with purchase of gas-no they don't, but I got a great deal on gas. Signage states $4.79- I paid cash and got a price of $4.54 a gallon. I also purchased the $7 car wash. I didn't go here for a while because I didn't feel the car wash was worth $13. I found the $7 car wash an exceptional deal. I timed the wash to be 3 minutes and drying time 80 seconds. I'm happy to wipe the few drops of water on the front and back areas. ALSO- they have great meal deals $3-$7. Clean all around inside and well stocked. Parking lot is clean and has lots of room to maneuver around. Customer service is excellent.

Depending on what time of day you visit this location and what employees are working will depend on your experience. They have some very rude ignorant employees that somehow are still employed here. Let's start with the guy with the giant bull ring piercing also has a giant tattoo on the back of his head. He has very inappropriate conversations with other employees while the other employee stands there all uncomfortable. He's beyond rude and condescending. You can tell he hates his job and takes it out on the customers. I watched him basically yell at an elderly lady who needed help with her gas. Then called her Karen while she was walking away with her eyes watering. I don't understand how you can act like that and still be employed. The manager is very much aware of his attitude and actions. She's just overwhelmed with horrible employees, if she disciplined them all she wouldn't have any employees and she would have to do it all herself. read more

I'm not a fan of smokers, i am especially not a fan of smokers at a gas station. I can't understand why employees at this location find it to be appropriate to smoke near the front doors. Nor do i find it smart to smoke at a GAS STATION! People are pumping gas into vehicles and containers. These idiots are smoking and have complete disregard for safety. Smoking is terrible and kills millions annually, I don't want to be added to that statistic due to stupidity. I purchase approximately $1,000 in gas every month, always at Circle K in the Hemet/San Jacinto area. I have a Circle K Easy Pay card, and because I drive 300 miles every day, I'm always in a hurry, so I pay at the pump. I need receipts for my gas, but sometimes you have to go inside just to get a receipt, since the pumps are sometimes out of receipt paper. A couple of days ago, I went in to get my receipt and said to the woman at the register, "Kinda defeats the purpose of paying at the pump if you have to come in to get a receipt." The cashier said, "If you have to come in for a receipt, you're more likely to purchase something inside the store." Great business ethics. read more

The prices are good, that's the only reason I use this station. The first pump I tried today didn't work. The second one told me to remove the handle then select the grade of fuel, but that's as far as it would go. I had to find a third pump before I could fill my tank. Most the pumps are finally dispensing receipts. I am just frustrated by the poorly maintained equipment. read more

This Circle K had my high expectations when they first opened. It was fresh and new and the people were friendly. However, much of that has changed since then. The lines are always long now with only one or two clerks during busy times, and most employees are unfriendly. Today when I tried to redeem a coffee reward, I was told very curtly that they don't participate in the Circle K rewards program, even though are a corporate store. I thought that was strange, so I called the corporate office to ask why. I got the run around playing the "hold the phone, I'll connect you to a voicemail" game. At least put a sign up somewhere that says you don't participate in the program so customers don't stand behind 6-7 people in line to be told they don't honor the rewards. I'll take my money elsewhere to buy the things I was going to buy, but left sitting on the counter (along with the coffee). read more

Great service cheap gas they are just so slow no hustle to get people in and out fast

Half the time they can't except credit cards. Receipts don't print. They make no effort for customer service. Can you tell them a pump isn't working they don't even go change the sign on the pump to let you know. Maybe save a few cents in gas but it's not worth the aggravation I let them know that there was a hazmat clean up that needed to be done and they did nothing about it either. read more

I frequent Circle K on Sanderson in San Jacinto . It is a relatively newer store. It was beautiful when it opened. I have noticed the past few months that although the staff is friendly, the grounds and pumps are filthy. I am a plant manager and I can not get over how Bad it needs power washed from the front doors to the red curb. The pumps are so dirty I don't want to touch them. On Sept 26, 2018. I walked into Circle K at approximately 9:15 AM. I proceeded to get my morning coffee and creamer as normally. The creamer in the machine was all out. I walked across to the other counter where creams, lids, & etc are. As I began putting down my cup of coffee (no lid) a worker was engaging in a conversation with another customer not paying attention, as he turned around to proceed walking. Unfortunately he bumped into me and knocked the coffee out of my hand. The coffee BURNED my hand along with my arm. The worker was apologetic. I requested managers attention. She came with a blank paper claiming she was writing an incident report. Very Attitude-ish! She claimed another department was going to reach out to me. I called in for the report number and she said "our reports are submitted online so theirs no number." As of now, no one as reached out to me. Me and my family have been going to this Circle K for years. I would of expected to be treated with more courtesy then what I got. (Brian, Worker) (Tanisha, Manager) Called back today and Manager Dave answered the phone claimed he didn't know about the incident. He puts Tanisha on the phone told her no one has reached out to me. She said she submitted the report it's out of her hands. I told her she said 24 hours and it's been over that. She said "so what you need medical attention or something?" WOW!
