The service was so friendly and welcoming, which instantly set the tone for a great experience. I ordered the pistachio matcha iced latte with oatmilk milk and cold foam, and it was so flavorful and delicious. It already had the perfect amount of sweetness, so next time I might skip the cold foam but either way, the drink itself was a standout. I also tried a blueberry pastry and it was a 10/10 super fluffy, soft, and even better warmed up. I grabbed a concha for my daughter and she loved it (they warmed hers up too, which was a nice touch). For those three items, it came out to about $20, which felt totally fair for the quality. My cousins ordered coffees as well and both were delicious, and we shared a lunch sandwich on an everything bagel with turkey, avocado, greens, tomato, and cream cheese, full of flavor in every bite. Definitely something I'd order again. The music was a vibe, the space was cozy with comfy couches and bar seating, and there was plenty of room to relax. They also have a public bathroom, which is always a plus. Overall, if you're in the area, it would honestly be a shame not to stop by and try this place. I'll definitely be back!

The place is a perfect mix of quiet and loud, from what I can recall. If you are looking for a delicious cake or a savory treat, consider this your next recommendation! Baked goods came out very well. Lastly, I would also like to aknowledge that the ambiance is a very cozy cafe shop with the casino atmosphere in the background. The staff were pleasant, we didn't seem to run into any issues on our first visit. Thank you, Koffee Kiicha, for the wonderful experiance. (Personal opinion on tastes, only for keeping note of how the food tasted. You may skip this portion of the review.) This is my first time trying a scone, and as much as I love a sweet treat, the bread had a very croissant taste. It was very layered and not as chewy. But that is just my personal opinion. However, I did like the soft pound cake. It was soft, a delicate amount of sweet and fulfilling all at once. My family ordered the items you can see in the photos, but I will only review the ones I have tried so far. And my brother loved his donut. He said it reminded him of the donut from The Simpsons, just a mini version. So, yes, we all enjoyed it.

I needed a little pick me up while at the casino with my mom. I struggle to keep up with her! My favorite part is that they offer sugar free syrup. That's a huge bonus for me. The staff was friendly and let me know I could get a discount with my soboba card. It was my first time here and I'm seeing the appeal. Great place for a pick me up while you're gambling.

They also shared their opinions on the meals, and they did not disappoint! Both of our breakfast meals were absolutely delicious! I had Shrimp & Grits, My husband had Country fried steak. This time my husband and I shared the chilaquiles and wow... so good. Our son loves the pancakes with egg and bacon, which makes it an easy win for the whole family. The prices are reasonable for what you get, the portions are great, and the customer service is always friendly. It's definitely a popping place -- super busy and high energy. The only downside is that it's loud, so it's not really a quiet date spot where you can have deep conversation. But if you're looking for a fun, lively brunch vibe with good music and great food, this is it. I'm not drinking right now, but their drinks look amazing and everyone around us who ordered one said they were delicious. They also offer a 90-minute all-you-can-drink mimosa option, where you basically get your own bottle for the table, which is a fun option if that's your thing. Highly recommend checking out The Brunch Spot!

I ordered a Salted Caramel Frappuccino, and while the first employee was in the middle of helping me, a second employee interrupted and said, "We don't have salted caramel. Do you have a recipe?" A little confused, I simply switched my order to a Caramel Frappuccino. From there, the interaction only got more awkward. The second employee let out a loud sigh before asking what size I wanted. When I asked if the drink contained coffee, they responded, "All of our frappes have coffee in it," in a noticeably annoyed tone. The response made me feel like I was dumb for even asking the question, when I genuinely didn't know whether the drink contained coffee or not. When my drink came out, it was completely white with only a little caramel drizzle on top and none on the sides of the cup. I've ordered Caramel Frappuccinos many times before, and it looked nothing like what I'm used to receiving, which left me even more confused. What disappointed me most wasn't the drink itself, but the overall customer service. Having two employees talk over each other while taking my order was confusing, and the attitude I received made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me not to return to this location unless it's the last Starbucks on the planet.

My go-to drink is a lemonade built with matcha. It's a good, refreshing boost to my day! It's a little over $5.
