Wow, this might be my favorite gas station I've ever been to, and I've been to a ton of gas stations as I drive for a living! Stopped in here tonight after a 24 hour 7-Eleven around the corner was closed. I was pissed as it was 1:30am and I needed some coffee to stay awake and wanted the 99 cent iced coffee special 7-Eleven had. Convenience store coffee is garbage, so I didn't want to pay much for it. Anyway, I figured I'd see what the Circle K coffee prices were like. When I walked in, the guy working WARMLY greeted me. I was like woah, and say hey back to him. I guess he didn't hear me because a minute later he greeted me again and asked me if I needed any help. Is this real life? A convenience store employee is happy, friendly, and helpful? I told him I was just looking to get a coffee, and I saw they had a special for a 99 cent 16 ounce iced coffee. Made my coffee while making small talk with the guy, and grabbed my straw (sorry) to go check out. I pay, and as I'm putting my straw in my drink he offers to take the straw wrapper to put in the trash. I swear, I'm on an alien land. What kind of service is this? I was so taken aback I'm like no, it's ok, and I threw it away myself. Is the owner of this particular Circle K paying his employees triple the going wage? Or did I just happen upon the friendliest Circle K employee ever? Regardless, it left an impression. My receipt says Jeremiah on it, so if that is indeed his name, thank you Jeremiah. Lady at the counter 6:40 pm. April 04, 2026 said I was no good to buy a beer. I just got off from work and she decided to judge me. She said I had too much drink. But it was my first drink to enjoy on a Saturday afternoon. So I'm going down the street to get one beer and then go enjoy my Saturday evening. This lady had the audacity to judge me. The staff GOOFS around. Overall, this is a convenient gas station as you leave the SJ valley however the service inside is so slow it's a bother. There's five staff by the registers with about two or three registers that could clearly be used and only one staff member is working. You would expect this from my fellow generation Z workers, no these guys are full on grown adults not working. The line was piling up and they still didn't address any of the customers, excluding the only employee who was actually working. I am a regular customer of Circle K and I am always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome as I walk into the store. Chris Ramirez. Is a memorable person who I look forward to seeing as I walk through the doors and not be disappointed by his great customer service and his outstanding personality. Chris knows exactly what I buy and makes sure I have my items in order. I think he deserves a raise and a promotion. From a customer standpoint he's a great person. read more

If you spend over $50 for gas, you shouldn't have to go inside and wait in line for a receipt. The pump is able to print a receipt, and the owner of this station is to cheap to put a piece of paper in the pump to help out the customer who just bought his overpriced gas. How much is the paper? A penny or less per sale? Edit: One month after I wrote that, the owner still hasn't put receipt paper in the pumps, and the pumps are broken due to lack of maintenance. read more

All those old ass reviews,this place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went there two days in a row and had to leave, because basically they have ONE register open and the electronic transactions are SUPER SLOW.So you get two three people ahead of you doing transactions get ready to DANCE.The people that work in there know it is F'D UP!!! I love going to this store to buy gas, but this morning I drove they to buy a coffee after work and one of the employees a bold guy was treating a homeless old man like shit, he was outside on the sidewalk because it was raining and the cashier (bold young guy) came out and kick him and threat him with a metal stick he had on his hands and holding it against the homeless man throat, and the homeless old men was saying, I didn't do nothing, it was a cowardly action from the employee's part, because the homeless person was an elderly and that piece of shit employee is young but obviously he has some issues, and another idiot cashier inside was laughing like they were doing something good, that's is not a proper way to treat a human being, even though he was a homeless man he's a human being, he do not deserve to be treated like that, I'm pissed for that bold head guy actions, I'm not sure if I want to go back to that store anymore, I try a couple of time to talk to one of the managers about this, but they were not available, if one of the managers reach out to me I might remove this bad review, because is the company responsibility to make sure they are hiring people capable to treat right their customers, not an abusive individual who has no respect for an elderly person just because he lives on the streets, I'm sorry about my mistakes and misspelling, I'm not a person with a high level of education, I hope you understand my message. read more

Love their gas prices - I use their Circle K card and gives me a discount on the gas on the goods inside the store. Friendly folks!

This station has been my back-up when the Circle K on Sanderson and Esplanade is closed (semi regular occurrence). I've never driven over here to find them closed. I'm very pleased with this station! read more

The staff has always been friendly and great . It's very clean and well maintained. The food they make is pretty damn good as well . Only beef is I'm sure at managements fault , the wait time in can be horrible ! They will have one person too help a line of 10 people. read more

The employees are the rudest most unprofessional scumbags I've ever encountered, and I've been to Iraq. whoever was on the shift on Apr 13 @ 6 pm thinks because they have a mask on that they are anonymous. I understand you think we need to wear a mask, it's not medically proven to fight this virus but that's neither here nor there. The point is that your employees ridiculed me, and yelled at me, and laughed at me , called me names in front of my children. It took every ounce of restraint I had to not lose my cool. I suffer from ptsd and things like that are triggers. But these people with the exception of the Black woman (who was very nice) don't deserve to be working a customer service job. They are uninformed, barely functioning idiots. That shouldn't be trusted with scissors let alone your money. I want to contact your corporate office and ask if this is the behavior that circle K wants to be affiliated with. One again! Fred and Anthony went to get some gas. And when I walked in short lines but then the cashier started talking behind the desk you can tell they are talking crap. And I give them 40.55. Then I went to pump gas and when I look at the amount to see if it correct they only put 39.00 I guess they can't count money. I would watch out with this gas station they back talk and they are very mouthy. Can't miss the idiots one always wear a hat and one always wear a jacket little bigger. Whoever is the manager really need to get rid of them because that's wrong. I'm going to be talking to the head manger and make sure to call the owner of circle K. After work, I was low on gas..so of course i went to a gas station. I go in to pay for my gas and go up to the register. The worker tells me in a rudely manner, "ok just wait." When he finally decides to take my service, I give him my money for gas. He asks me how much is this. I respond with i am not sure i didn't count. He REFUSES TO TAKE MY SERVICE & THROWS THE MONEY BACK AT ME BECAUSE I DIDNT COUNT MY MONEY FOR HIM. Thank you FRED & ANTHONY for making me drive to another gas station as i ran out of gas. This used to be me and my boyfriend's favorite place to stop before we went home since we live right up the street and grab a few essentials and get gas since we both drive for Lyft... But today I had a different experience and I'm probably going to call corporate and let them know there were three employees working one was by the coolers one was behind the register and one was in the back...the gentleman at the front register asked worker in the back ( for another customer who was behind me and I was supposedly being helped...rude)if they have any fresh cookies she starts yelling at the top of her lungs cursing saying that she doesn't know then walks to the register looks and says or yells see there right here I don't know anything here they don't tell me anything. I get being relaxed and laid-back at work that's usually the best type of jobs but that's almost too relaxed that's acting like you're at home talking to your boyfriend or kids not customers I'll still go there for gas cuz I don't have to go inside but I probably won't go inside anymore read more

I've had not so wonderful customer service but today takes the cake. First off, I come to this circle k almost every day for a coke on my drive to work. Same woman and same guy most of the time. Never that friendly, but I'm not looking for friendship. Oh and I've worked customer service and I know how crappy people can be. So anyway, I'm not crazy with how they've set up their counters . 2 registers side by side then a space and 2 more registers. Today like some other times, they're working the 2 registers side by side. They have signs posted that face masks are required, I get that they don't police people ( again I've worked customer service) they have spots marked on the floor for"social distancing" . Great, right? No. Cuz if there's a customer being rung up you get to stand next to them. Yes there is a plastic partition between customers and employees. Today was a family with small kids with no one wearing masks. The male employee finishes up with his single customer and says he can help me. I say no, I'll wait. He says loudly I can help you here. Now, no one is behind me. I gesture towards the family and say thanks I'll wait. He says again that he can help me. I shake my head. He says loudly "for xx sake" then storms off to go behind the swinging doors, by this time the lady, who waits on me most times, finishes up and I walk up and explain what just happened. Nothing but, "we've been dealing with rude customers all weekend ". I wasn't rude, I wasn't even complaining about the customers not wearing masks. I was saying his reaction was wrong and over the top. I'm sure they'll never miss my daily stops. Oh well. read more

I had a very unfortunate incident at the Circle K in the Winco plaza. Pump #4 did not click off when I was gassing my car. Gas spurted out of the tank covering one side of my jacket and jeans. Gasoline filled my left shoe. When I pulled the nozzle out gas sprayed out over the concrete. I went into the convince store to report the problem and the woman behind the counter directed her workmate to go outside with me. (They were very busy with a line of people waiting to be served). The woman who accompanied me to the pump said "There is a lot of gas on the ground" She then went to the pump did something with the number pad said "It is ok now" and walked away. I stood there literally dripping gasoline. I understand I am responsible when I "self"gas however the total lack of concern for a paying patron was off putting and rude. I had the expense of cleaning my clothes and buying new shoes. Thankfully there was not a spark. Be cautioned. read more

the most pathetic excuse for customer service in the world. put credit card in to get air and when i pulled the nozzle out it was only water. i checked the other side and it was missing the nozzle!! i went inside and they said they knew about it. i asked why in the heck didnt you put a little sign on the machine, "no air" and they said corporate didnt like signs. are they sick or what? then i asked for a refund and told me to go to the machine and find the number for the company that runs the machines and try to get it back from them. this is pathetic and all you idiots in your 3 piece suits at corporate (who you cant call, its all voice mail) better wake up and learn what real customer service is. if i owned that circle k i would fire the idiots that told me its against corporate policy to stop people from getting ripped off. find another place to go and stay away from the air machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
