Just passing through, stopped for gas and a bathroom break. Upon entering the store, was not greeted by employees only to find they were both too busy on their phones. Went to one cashier while i waited for him to complete what ever he was working on on his phome, then was told to go to the next register for cash. Moved over to the next register and again waited for the young man to finish what was on his phone. I told him what i needed he repeated, and pointed for me to place the cash in the slot. It's always the same thing when I visit this location....rude employees, no customer service, and employees starting conflicts with customers. DONT DARE EAT OR DRINK FROM THIS LOCATION...I AM SUPRISED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT HASN'T SHUT THEM DOWN. Today I witnessed who I assumed was the Manager starting an argument with a customer who had allergy problems. The man had to ask her to leave him alone but that employee continued to badger him...he got the best of her though. Is this what CircleK wants for there image? This location was at 6704 Pines road but on some level, every CircleK in Shreveport/ Bossier has a level of rudeness that makes a person think this behavior is part of employee training. Terrible. Locked customers out so nobody cools get gas receipts. Line of people trying to get in

Reasonable gas prices. I was in the area for work. Inside was neat and clean. But they were only taking cash inside. Cards could be used at the gas pumps. Which I did need gas, but also wanted something from inside. read more

The worst Circle k I've ever been to. I sat my stuff on the counter for the two women to come check me out. They said "come down here, we working it." It was the self checkout. They sat there and just talked. They told me to put my stuff down on it. I said "did it get everything?" They said "you have to pay attention, look at the screen." they had some kind of attitude about me not knowing what I was doing, and they just talked to each other the entire time. They didn't want to do their jobs. I just paid for me stuff and left and didn't say another word to them. Because they obviously aren't worried about customer service or greeting and telling their customers bye. read more

Would give a zero if one was available. 1:30 p.m., no tea made, ask the cashier if she could make some tea, she said no. Cashier was on her personal phone and one was outside, store was dirty and needed stocked. read more

The price is what drew me in. That is perhaps the highlight because the area looks so-so. But I came, got my gas, and left, so I'm happy with my experience. read more

This is the nastiest convenient store I've ever been in. And I have been in a lot of convenient stores as I travel and drive a lot for work. The bathroom smelled so bad I couldn't be in there and there was no toilet paper. Credit card machine at the gas pump did not work. Trash, Old rested grocery baskets out back junk everywhere. Would have left sooner but needed gas and this was the second place I tried that was not acceptable. read more

Gas prices were in line with all stations around the area. Every time I go there they do not have receipt paper in the pumps, you have to go inside to get the receipt. Are they too lazy to put paper in the machines. Some gas pumps don't work either. Be sure and check on line your bank account, because the Circle K on Pines road did not have paper receipts either, and when I checked my bank account, I was charged $15.00 more than what the pump said. read more
