The woman convenience store attendant claims it's not part of the convenience side of their food business, but a search finds the fuel and food side are under the same license number. The bathrooms are above-average clean for a gas station and are very modern. It looks like a great place to buy beer--they have a selection equivalent to a grocery store and a dedicated walk-in cooler. The food is another story. I've seen the food well-stocked, but I went in at noon on a Saturday for something hot and was disappointed. They didn't have the chopped beef sandwich or sriracha burger that they advertised as a special. I think they were understaffed and didn't manage to stock. I ended up with a sausage on a stick and a choice off the roller grill. They did have a good variety there, including a breakfast sausage that was tempting, but in the end I went with a pepperoni pizza grilled sausage, with some "chili" and cheese from the dispensers. Gourmet food it was not, but actually not half bad. The sanitary conditions for the food were good. The buns were individually wrapped, and the drink cup lids were in dispensers that cut down on fingering the stack. They had two Freestyle machines, and both appeared to be working properly, which you can't take for granted. The gas is a bit above average in price, but it's convenient and I'm happy to patronize it.

He has been patient and helpful and kind. One day I watched him field off 7 customers, handle the phones and drive through and even answer questions from the young lady helping him. He stayed calm and professional. I decided to write a thank you card to the staff next time I visited. They were blown away! They were beyond shocked and grateful and said that it was the first time ever they got a ty card. A simple thank you goes a long way and I am grateful for their patience.

I called at 7:34 pm-- plenty of time, you'd assume-- to speak to a staffer before their 8 pm closing time. The automated recording instructed me to hold, as there were three callers ahead of me. The number eventually dropped to one, and as my call timer hit 26 minutes, the recording told me to continue to hold as they handled other customers. So I held and I held and I held some more. Finally I hopped in the car and drove to the store, my phone speaker continuing its instruction to hold. I marched straight to the back of the store where-- no surprise-- I found the pharmacy locked and dark. I would expect them to lock the door and close the blinds at 8:00, but a respectable, professional staff would clear the phone board before heading home. They didn't even have the "common courtesy" to hang up on me. Wishing to take it up with a manager, I kept my phone speaker on as I awaited my turn for the cashier up front. "Please continue to hold as we are speaking to other customers," it repeated over and over. At 8:28 I finally spoke to a human being. "May I speak to a manager, please?" "Um, wait, is it Tuesday?" the cashier asked. "Yes, it's Tuesday. May I speak to a manager, please?" "No, he's not here. He'll be in tomorrow." "Is there nobody here who can help me with a pharmacy issue?" "Pharmacy closed at 8:00." "Yes, but they were open when I called them, and the automated voice keeps telling me they're still speaking to other customers. Look at the time stamp on my phone." I would have suggested the entire staff take a refresher course in customer service, but at that point I realized it's a fool's errand to look for any kind of meaningful assistance from people who clearly value their own time above their customers'.
