My suggestion is, please stop overloading sauce, don't drown the spaghetti and cut back on garlic in meatballs, don't overcook the pasta, and offer a pasta of the week, supposably they make their own, let's see something that can't be bought from a store. The owner needs to pay attention to their change of business, if you are presenting it to be Italian, then offer dishes that can be found as other restaurants, you've just become a cliche, why bother!
