You won't believe how bad it was.
I've been to Circle T for dinner 4-5 times. The food is ok, a little over priced for what you are getting. The service is sub-par, but considering who they have working there its kind of to be expected. Most of the times I've been eaten there, there has been some sort of issue. Usually with the bread for some reason. They seem to run out, or it takes a while to get it, but then you see other people getting their bread.
This last time I was there was the ABSOLUTE WORST though. We had a group of 9, and all ordered steaks. Our waitress came back twice to confirm our orders again. 30 min into waiting for our drinks, we asked for bread. She scolded us and said she was working on it. We asked again 15 min later, and again we were scolded. We got our drinks, and she left. Another waitress went by and we asked her for bread. She brought it back in less than 30 seconds. It was another 30 min before we got our bread from our waitress.
We ordered appetizers and were served double the amount we ordered and when we tried to send the extra back, we were told we would still have to pay even though the waitress said she made the mistake.
It was an hour and 45 min before we started getting our entrées. I kid you not, 7 out of 9 of us had to send our steaks back because they were still frozen. 1 guy had his steak cooked 3 different temperatures, 1 side was well done, middle was medium, and the other end was rare... I don't even know how you do that.
Another guy had to send his steak back 3 times, while a girl sent hers back twice. She ordered a filet, and they kept bringing her New york Strips. Our waitress came back and confirmed our order a 3rd time... AFTER we had already gotten our food, well everyone except me. She somehow forgot to place my order at all. Our waitress had some kind of break down and got sent home by the manager who then took over our meal.
We ordered several drinks from her, but never got them. We ended up going to the bar and getting them ourselves. We asked the manager to split our bills. We WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR TO GET OUR BILLS. When we finally got them, it was all on one bill and not split like we asked. So the manager had to start over again. Then when we got our bills, there was stuff put on there we never ordered. So the manager had to redo our bills a 3rd time.
In all, we were there 3 hours just trying to eat and get out. No socializing or anything. You would think after such HORRENDOUS service and food that the manager would have taken care of us at least some... NOPE. The guy who sent his steak back 3 times got his steak taken off his bill, and the girl who sent hers back twice was initially offered to only lower her bill to the price of a NY strip instead of a filet. (which was nice, bc it would have sucked to pay for a steak you didn't get, lol). Then she was offered free desert.
The rest of us paid full price for the terrible experience, then the manager begged us not to post any bad reviews.
