Graham is very responsive and easy to work with. The day of our June 2021 wedding, Graham showed up on time and got right to work. My favorite thing about his style is the interviews he does with the bride and groom separately and the interviews he does with guests. (Not that you wouldn't want her there, but it's just impressive that she managed to capture so many TRULY candid moments because she so seamless melted into the crowd.) The actual "highlight" video she made was perfect -- we've watched it a hundred times and will probably watch it a hundred more. Though Jenn had never been to our venue or worked with our planner before, she arranged everything seamlessly so that we didn't have to worry at all. And then on our wedding day, as other reviewers have said, she somehow became invisible while still managing to film every important moment and detail. We never noticed Jenn, and her blending in allowed her to capture the whole day with full authenticity, as neither we nor our guests seemed to feel self-conscious at all. After the wedding, Jenn solicited our input about music choices for our highlight video and was receptive to our requests. What she wound up producing was an incredibly special, evocative tribute to our big day. In the days since we have received the video, we have loved reliving every moment she captured. Her editing and cuts in the highlight video spun together a narrative that powerfully evoked all of the sentiment that made the day so special, and her video only enhanced that for us. We specifically wanted a bilingual English/Vietnamese MC, and he exceeded every expectation. Even our hard-to-impress Vietnamese aunties and uncles couldn't stop complimenting him. He was charismatic, organized, and handled last-minute changes effortlessly. We had to adjust our timeline during the reception, including pausing photos and adding speeches, and he kept everything flowing naturally without awkward downtime. He also perfectly coordinated our unique sequence of dances with the DJ, making every transition feel seamless. DJ Otis: We didn't know who our DJ would be until the wedding day, and we were thrilled it was Otis! He absolutely nailed the music all night. The dance floor stayed packed until 11 PM because he knew exactly how to read the crowd. He mixed current hits with 70s-90s favorites that kept both younger guests and the older Vietnamese crowd dancing. The glow sticks and light-up glasses were a huge hit, and the energy never dropped. Day-of Coordinator Carina: Carina was incredible. She was warm, personable, and unbelievably organized. I thought my planning documents were detailed, but hers were even more thorough! She made me feel completely at ease leading up to the wedding and even drove to Pleasanton to run our rehearsal (an add-on that was absolutely worth it). Multiple vendors and family members commented on how efficient and organized she was. Photography & Videography: Our package included an engagement shoot plus two photographers and two videographers. Sam photographed both our engagement session and wedding, and his work was beautiful. We chose his light and airy editing style, and our engagement photos turned out amazing. On the wedding day, Sam and Christine were fantastic. They captured every moment while making us feel comfortable. One thing I'll never forget was how Sam noticed we hadn't had a moment to ourselves because of nonstop photos. He quietly pulled us away under the guise of a private reception reveal so we could enjoy a few peaceful minutes together. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
