I had one of the worst customer service experiences that I can remember. To start with, there was…read moreno official sign-off on the project before it started, and I naively assumed they knew what they were doing. After placing my signage, they changed some colors without notifying me or my designer and did a sloppy job overall, like pasting my sign over someone else's without removing the previous sign first, so that you can see the old one showing through. They then admitted they made some mistakes and promised to repair these. I then attempted to follow up with them via email, phone, and even the owner's personal cell-phone that he gave me, and after weeks and several attempts, to this day, I have not gotten one call back or email back and am done pursuing them on something they promised. They are clearly in overwhelm and if they choose to not respond to their own customers, then this communicates their lack of care and integrity. I would seriously advise you to look somewhere else for your signage needs.

When I arrived, the coordinator had the wrong idea about why I was there. He said, "We talked about this package, right?" I said no, it was a different one. He repeated that he thought I had selected the other package, even after I pulled out my phone and showed him the message confirming what we had actually discussed. Still, no real acknowledgment of the mix-up. Then he told me, "He won't be here until 9," referring to the person I was supposed to meet with. I reminded him we had agreed on 8:30. He asked if I wanted to wait or come back tomorrow. I simply said, "No, I'm going to leave." I had taken time off work for what was supposed to be a quick 20-minute appointment. I don't have the flexibility to just wait around or reschedule on short notice. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability--no sincere apology, no ownership of the mistake, and no effort to make it right. Owning up to an error goes a long way in customer service, and that was completely missing here. I left feeling like my time and business didn't matter to them. Leaving 1 star because the lack of preparation and accountability turned what should've been a simple, exciting meeting into a frustrating waste of time.
