Dropped off the PC for a diagnostic check and didn't get two minutes down the road and it was back alive. Apparently some capacitor needed to discharge! They did excellent work, fixing the problem which I had caused, and also a couple other issues with the machine. They were also helpful over the phone when I was confused about some aspects of the new system that I was not familiar with. Next time I want a new box, I will have them put it together for me in the first place, rather than finding someplace online.
