It's expensive and I mean some of it is realllllly expensive and the customer service struck me as being particularly nonchalant and disinterested. Definitely not the highlight of the Mall for us.

They also like to discontinue nearly every fragrance I get attached to. The latest victim was Vanilla Noir. Sad especially as it was one of the few grown up type scents that was not uber floral or fruity. I was not a happy camper. Swung in here as I was to the end of the last bottles of the stuff and they were having an especially rock bottom price type sale. Found an awesome salesperson (maybe she was the manager?) who was willing to help me find my next love. She had some great and close to winner suggestions, then we hit upon the gold mine. Twilight Woods. Yes it makes me afraid because it will attract every Twihard teen dying of love for the woodenly written Edward or baby lover Jacob (ick) but that may also keep this scent around awhile. Stocked up fully and used up that ever present gift card as well as an email offer, prices were a song to begin with. Got a bunch of lemon sugar hand soap for the bathroom and kitchen at lower than softsoap prices. While I was at it I bought a ton for my nieces too, you gottta start frivolous feminine habits early.
