I find the window display from the outside to be intimidating and made me think that the prices of the items they sell are expensive. Surprised to find out later that they sell toys at a comparable price. most of the employees we saw were female...I find them friendly and knowledgeable of what's new and trendy when it comes to toys for the kids and young at heart. saw a lot of plush bears/puppies, and age appropriate educational toys. what's great about the store is they have a point system for every dollar spent. they may ask you to join and record your phone number so they can contact you if the items you're looking for is already available. looking forward in opening my first box of museum series Smiski!

I brought up my concern with the employee and was told she wishes socks were required, but they're not. I decided to message the owner to get some clarification and possibly a reason as to why they don't require them when every other play place I've been to does. I guess my concern is that athletes foot and HFM spread very quickly, even if they are cleaning as much as they claim. The response I got from the owner was less than polite. I've included screen shots from our interaction. She assumed I wrote a review that I hadn't and didn't bother to apologize when I said I didn't leave that review. Every other play place I've taken my son to requires socks. Play and Grow, as far as I've seen, isn't advertised as a gymnastics gym. And even though they have some gymnastics equipment, that isn't the main focus of the play area. I wanted to give this place another chance, after going a few times previously and not having any issues. But after the owners response and assumptions that I wrote the initial review, we won't be back. Apparently parents aren't allowed to have concerns regarding cleanliness and safety.

They explained that didn't have that many bouncers since they are new but that they were focusing on a wow factor. They strongly recommended a strawberry mushroom bouncer they had on the website. It did look interesting and they offered me a discounted rate so I went with it. All I can say is OMG! this thing is gorgeous. I was a bit skeptical but they assured me it was great and it was every bit what they said. They really like to do things different and helped to make my daughters party an over the top success.
