I called the company and I was advised that he is in a meeting . 1H and 10 minutes later he called me to tell me he is running late and he will be able to make it in about 25 minutes. he was arrogant, spoke with attitude and non apologetic. I guess the value of the customer's time is not important. I guess the company is doing extremely well and they do not care. CAMBRIDGE should NEVER recommend a vendor like that !

Every part of our yard has its own function and it looks great and feels great. We hang out, bbq, host in our backyard as much as we can. They fully gutted our backyard, leveled out, installed an extensive retaining wall, reinstalled the fence, installed new patio areas and stepping stones, and installed new sod. Diego and his crew worked SO HARD. Our project was done in July 2025 and it was so hot out, but Diego and his guys wanted to finish our project for us before the summer ended. Diego was always communicative, kind, professional, knowledgable, and such a pleasure to work with. He worked with us on our budget, gave us multiple options, and made the best recommendations. We're so grateful for Diego and his crews time and hard work! We even asked him for another smaller project and he completely delivered on that as well. The owner came and looked at the project and gave me a bid. Because the yard was so small, I wanted it done in 8 hours. The labor charge was $40 per hour. I had the rock company deliver the rock and R&S showed up (rainy day) with two guys ready to work. To my surprise they finished the job in 4.5 hours! Did a lovely job, cost was less then expected. I would hire them again. Gave only (4 stars) because the customer service to include notifications could have been better. Believe I did all of the phone calling and texting to inquire - owner should have been more timely with these things first! Work however, was top notch!

I came here on a whim, I've been looking for deer resistant shrubs for a while, and Japanese Pencil Holly in particular. I came by myself, pretty pregnant and somewhat indecisive these days. I came during what seemed like peak hours (3p-4p) the staff was super helpful and I got exactly what I was searching for. Not everything was labeled with the price, they seem to get new inventory everyday so it's understandable. The staff is friendly enough to look up whatever is needed (price, plant-care info) but I didn't want to be a nuisance, so I'll probably comeback when it's less busy. I didn't read the bad review until I got home so full disclosure, I'm a person of color, a woman and a mom. I didn't feel any unwelcome undertones and I saw the staff interact with a plethora of diverse customers with respect and equality. I felt welcomed and not bullied into buying anything I didn't want.
