As any other American your at a gas station at least once a week, I come to this location often…read morebecause it is on my way home, the lines do get long but it is because of the traffic inside at random times. Overall the customer service they display here is tremendous and the cleanliness of this convenient store is wonderful. Thank you to all the employees that strive to make this place the way it is.

I went to CVS to return a UPS parcel and explained that I had run out of ink and they said, no…read moreproblem. I can print it for you. after waiting for approximately 10 minutes, a employee came over and helped me and it wouldn't print. she explained that i I would have to pay for the Print job, which was under a dollar, so I said that that's fine. After not being able to print the label, she said I think I can do it, but it's gonna cost you three dollars. I said no thank you I'm not gonna pay three dollars for a return item that is paid for by the company through UPS. So, I tried myself for another 15 minutes because something was more important to do. Finally a LEAD cashier or manager came up and basically with an attitude told me that the printer doesn't work. I asked her why hadn't trained or told the person up there to let customer's know that it wasn't working. With an attitude in her voice, she told me, "you can go to Walgreens."

I came in with my daughter who had purchased a pair a Bluetooth ear pods at a CVS in a nearby town…read more2 days prior. She lost the receipt,but had used my CVS card # at the purchase. The ear pods were not what she had expected so she wanted to return them for the money she paid. We asked the cashier if she would be able to look up the purchase through our CVS card #, she said she didn't know, she would have to call a manager. We waited an additional 5 or 6 minutes, no manager showed. She says to us... "He must be upstairs" as if we should just give up. She didn't even try to call him down again. We left because she really had an "I don't want to help you with this problem" attitude. I have been in customer service for more than 30 years. That is not how deal with customers.
